There was a big article on him. He pitched like 21 straight shutout innings or something and was a big ace. He's crediting it to him learning a split finger and adding it into his repetoire.

I think most of Cruise's movies are good. I really enjoyed collateral and minority report was rather cool. Same with Mission Impossible. I wouldn't call any of the flicks outstanding. Of course that one he did with Cameron Diaz was absolutely one of the worse pieces of crap I ever saw. Hell, Days of Thunder is a pretty good movie, imo and of course Top Gun. But personally I like Will Smith better, minus a couple movies (ie Wild Wild West) I enjoy pretty much everything he's done. I never did see Bagger Vance though and I didn't like the movie Ali, but I thought he did an oustanding acting job. I just thought the movie was boring.

No doubt about it, I'd boo him.

This was from today's tribune article where Maggs says Kenny was making the leg an issue or whatever. Anyway, just read that paragraph above, I was laughing my ass off at it. Could you imagine if the Sox offered someone like Carl Pavano a 1 year deal compared to what he got because playing for the Sox was just so much greater then playing for the Yankees and getting a heck of a lot more money and a long term deal. Gimme a freaking break...And can you imagine the press and media that would of been calling the Sox cheapskates for making that type of offer. My god, its good to see Hendry, who was once labeled a god, blowing things up on the Northside. Still there pitching will keep em in it, but as of now, they are going nowhere.

Just thinking of the increased earnings Ebay is gonna show on this one. There 2 percent fee or whatever they get on sales is gonna be monmental this quarter thanks to McDonalds, LOL.

The main actor is like a business major and he did the acting for his buddies as like some college project if I remember. Everytime I watch it, the funnier it gets. America West or Southwest would be the cheapest most likely. America West's hub is Phoenix area so a lot of times they have some deals. If your lucky you should be able to find something for 180-200 roundtrip, but depending on whether the flights or full it may be a little more expensive.

I liked it. Some flat parts but the terrorist references were great. My favorite had to be the line about his daughter shaving her armpits and how if the terrorist win that will be the first thing to go. Then when they show Iraq with Ikea furniture and the husband is yelling at his women to get dressed and she runs out the window. Warning, I explain things horribly.

I liked the careerbuilder.com commercials with the monkey's. Those had everyone rolling. There were a couple other good ones, but few and far between. Still way better then last years. What was even better was that the Simpsons was actually funny this week.

It seems it was more of a mental issue then it was a physical one. He's supposed to be 100% so the only thing left is to see him pitch and see if he's feeling any pain and if his velocity is back. My thinking is he's done as a prospect, but I could be wrong. I'm probably the harshest poster on the site when it comes to talking about Honel.
