  1. I like Jimenez's swing. I sure hope one day he ends up being as good as Alomar. I'm sure many will say that he's already got kind of an attitude like Robby.
  2. Jose breaks his bat and Haffner hangs with it and makes the grab over boy first to end the inning. At least its a tie. Hopefully Colon can get through the tribe quickly this inning and then the Sox offense can get him the lead.
  3. One of my favorite things about Aaron is how good he executes those bunts. Jimenez grounds out but alomar advances to 3rd. Come on Jose, give us the lead!!!
  4. Yesss, fair ball down the left field line and the ball game is tied at 1. Alomar is on 2nd now with one out and Jimenez at the plate. Nice hit Sandy
  5. Sweet Bunt...Rowand drops it down and the pitcher throws and gets him out at first (Almost lucked out as it looked like Rodriguez had some trouble picking it up). Crede on 2nd now with Alomar up.
  6. Crede with a ducksnort on an 0-2 pitch, me likey. Rowand is up now. I wonder if JM is going to be bunting Crede over?
  7. Murc....Carlos has amazing bat speed and now he has patience. The stuff is their for him to do it, the question is whether he will. The big thing that will stop him is the mental approach. If he goes at it right, he will be very successful and I see him on the brink of figuring that all out. He missed the hangars, but he had another good atbat and him whacking the hangers will straighten out. As long as he keeps seeing a lot of pitches he'll be all right.
  8. jas..i think those were curves that didnt curve..lol...whatever they were ,change up or rolling curves they were put up on a tee for carlos You may be right. I was thinking they were changeups he left up, but they very well could of been hanging curveballs. I agree with you either way. That is like teaball, he should be crushing those.
  9. Caballo ripped one but it was foul. He flew open on two change ups and both pitches were right down the tube waiting to get crushed. Rodriguez is a little over 70 pitches right now I think.
  10. This kid has great movement on his stuff. This was a huge blunder by Dan Evans. He gave this kid up and their other top prospect for Shuey. Nice quick inning for Bartolo thanks to that double play and then an easy strikeout Maggs, PK, Caballo. I sense its time for PK and Caballo to break out of their slumps
  11. This guy has really good stuff. We beat him up last year if I recall, but lost the game because our pitching wasn't any better. Now Bartolo needs a quick inning, actually quite a few quick and easy innings.
  12. Nice play by Vizqel and then Thomas strikes out. We strand some more.
  13. Everyone should be well rested which is very very good. I also suspect we will see Rick White and hopefully he'll be on.
  14. Time for the offense to show some support and get a few runs.
  15. Where the hell was Jerry. He should of went out to the dugout and had a little talk with the first base ump.
  16. I bet he thinks its 80 out.
  17. Nice, Sandy Guns down Milton Bradley on a 2-0 pitch. The pitch was a ball, but he's gone.
  18. PK is definately streaky, but he's typically a quick starter and so far I haven't seen any of that. Colon is looking solid but just isn't getting easy outs yet. At least their is an out now that Vizquel flew out to Maggs. This is going to be one of those games where if you can get a few runs, then you should be in good shape. I hope we kick the crap out of them though and score 20
  19. What an at bat by Milton Bradley. He struck out on a 2-2 pitch but the ump didn't call it a strike and then he kept battling until he hit an opposite field single.
  20. Konerko was looking really lost at the plate. You watch his swing and he just doesn't look comfortable. He's got to start working on going opposite field cause he is looking only for the pull job right now and thats not the way to get your swing right. I think a day off may be best for Konerko with Daubach getting a start.
  21. Clujer is writing one right now I think. PK struck out and he looks lost up their at the plate. Frank drew a walk after being down in the count 0-2. I think he struck out twice though, but got lucky as they called them balls. Then Maggs singled up the middle. Jimenez and Jose both made contact. Jose hit a rope but right at Travis Haffner (1st Base) otherwise it was a double. Jimenez lined one into center but at Milton Bradley.
  22. Bristol don't start their season for a while. What's this about the Great Falls White Sox? Another rookie level? They replaced the Arizona minor leauge team the Sox had.
  23. He was just signed this offseason.
