QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ May 29, 2006 -> 06:42 PM) You wanna know why its a personal attack? You claim to be a Democrat - but you obviously aren't paying attention. Because you're turning the "we can do better" attitude that everyone should have and turning it into the "why bother" attitude that too many people have. I have my reasons to be pissed when self-proclaimed democrats cop that attitude - especially when they don't know who's running in their district. And especially when they whine about whats going on in the world and how it was someone from a different party's fault and start showing conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory around. I hear them all the time about the 2004 election and whether or not it was stolen in Ohio. I think it was stolen when all the self-professed Democrats didn't vote for change in 2004. Apathy is one of the things that bothers me most. There are lots of good people running for office this year and if you can't see that, then you aren't looking. I may not agree with you politically, but this post is dead on.

Wow, how refreshing. He's trying, and not succeeding, so, Senator, why? (A serious question... what causes the "F"?)

QUOTE(IggyD @ May 29, 2006 -> 04:40 PM) Why the personal attack? You are saying it is all my fault? WAHHHHHHHHHH WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH... VICTIM! MARTYR!!!!!! :rolly :rolly

Why is it that everyone gets pissed off when Ozzie says he wants to see the guys play better? It's called accountability and never settling for second best. I think it won us a World Championship, at least I think it did.

QUOTE(kapkomet @ May 25, 2006 -> 06:29 PM) As I started seeing what was happening (restating earnings for the three years prior to me being there due to a write off of receivables (ahem, no real basis for billed revenue) was my first clue) I was out of there PDQ. There were other "incidents". No, the next one.

Happy Birthday, you bleeding heart lib! Hope you have a great day. BTW, good B-day, it's my dad's birthday today, too.

Hmm, the Downing Street Documents, all tied in with a 9/11 conspiracy. That makes an argument good. :rolly

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ May 26, 2006 -> 08:18 PM) I can't tell if the people over in the Seismolab would laugh at that or vomit in rage. It's about the same thing as saying that the Trade Center Towers were imploded by a gov't conspiracy. Or something.

Trust me, after driving that ONCE, you'll understand... it won't hurt anyone. There's no one that drives those damn roads. It's hundreds of miles of NOTHING. QUOTE(Mplssoxfan @ May 26, 2006 -> 08:08 PM) Hell, boys, that's all right. There ain't nothing in West Texas 'cept steers and queers. And not even that.

QUOTE(Chisoxrd5 @ May 26, 2006 -> 06:29 PM) :banghead Where were you a few years ago?? Probably stuck in the same lame ass classes as you, except at a different university.
-
QUOTE(Balta1701 @ May 26, 2006 -> 07:39 PM) Please don't lump us in with those sources. I understand, but you understand my point too. So, nice cut and paste job from your whacko conspiracy sites.

Nice Cut and Paste skills from your liberal blogs.

QUOTE(EvilMonkey @ May 26, 2006 -> 07:23 PM) The problem with a conspiracy of this magnatude would be that waaaaaaaay too many people would have to be in on it for it to remain a secret. If SOMEONE, ANYWHERE had concrete proof that Georgie ordered this, don't you think that they would have been enticed out by now? Soros would probably hand over his fortune to whomever could bring him down. Hell, he would probably get down on his knees, too. That's my point as well. I'm sorry... there would have to be too many people in on the take for it to be a legit "conspiracy". See: JFK.

Congratulations, Jason. Accounting degrees suck. Now that you have one, I can tell you that.

QUOTE(IggyD @ May 26, 2006 -> 05:51 AM) Geez...why didn't you do the 911 Commission studies...you better watch the Building the WTC video...The center core was the Structural support for this building. nite Now I'll get accused of "name calling"... but who f'in cares? What kind of crackpipe smokejob doobies are you smoking? These "conspiracy theories" have all been dismissed so many times, it's unreal. So, the stories just keep getting better and better. Yea. Our government ORDERED this s***. Pass me the pipe, that way I can fly. :rolly

I still want to write down some thoughts on the structure and things on Iraq and how it relates to some of the failures. I should have some time this weekend.

QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ May 26, 2006 -> 04:32 PM) Actually, I'd say most of us do. Actually, I'd say that half do and half don't. I think a lot of "conservatives" on this board can dish crap on their own "party" pretty well. I know I do.

Well, one thing I can say for sure. Kansas s***ty f***ING SUCKS. Except when they play the Sox.

QUOTE(YASNY @ May 25, 2006 -> 05:09 PM) How much time did you get? As I started seeing what was happening (restating earnings for the three years prior to me being there due to a write off of receivables (ahem, no real basis for billed revenue) was my first clue) I was out of there PDQ. There were other "incidents".
