  1. QUOTE(Queen Prawn @ Sep 2, 2005 -> 10:34 PM) 7. Refuse to put the steering wheel in the car at the beginning of the race until he kisses your cheek and calls you sugar button. 5. Sing the Hamster Dance song continually over the radio throughout the entire race. 2. Slid your cell phone in the pocket of his uniform. Make sure the phone in on vibrate. Then repeatedly call the phone each time he attempts to pass a car. 1. Change the pit stall location with other teams for every pit stop during the race. for some (prolly sick) reason i can imagine a crew chief doing number seven...

  4. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Sep 1, 2005 -> 10:13 PM) Where I came from there were 2 different things, a staring contest, and a blinking contest. The blinking was when you don't blink and the staring was that you could blink, just not look away. never made a distinction growing up. first to blink or look away lost...
  5. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Sep 1, 2005 -> 08:14 PM) The Hornets are a Western Conference team though. Vegas makes sense, especially since there's going to be an ASG there. d'oh. didn't even look it up, never paid attention and just assumed... that said if permanent would most likely move to vegas. they've been itching for a pro team for a while. if temporary, they may just move upstate if they have to move at all...
  6. QUOTE(wsox08 @ Sep 1, 2005 -> 02:27 AM) Hamburgers are you friend... enough whoring. should be locked until it becomes relevant again (offseason).
  7. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Sep 1, 2005 -> 05:00 PM) It sounds like they won't be playing in New Orleans for obvious reasons. So where does everyone think they'll end up playing. Las Vegas, St. Louis, Kansas City, somewhere near Louisiana? they'll prolly keep them in the east so rules out vegas...
  8. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Sep 1, 2005 -> 04:31 PM) lol I was laughing pretty hard too, it was great. And I knew from the beginning that Robinson was gonna win, he still has that fire on the day of his 70th birthday. he lost, blinked like 5 times. ump never blinked once...
  9. QUOTE(SnB @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 10:13 PM) actual quote from this show: "don't tell me the world doesn't revolve around me, because today it does" - girl w/ all the crap designer clothes and huge stupid paris hilton sunglasses. I seriously need to program my tv to skip over mtv before i throw the remote at it, everything on mtv pisses me off. I'm old only somewhat good thing on mtv is headbangers ball. other than that i'll occassionally watch end of pimp my ride to see what they did to the car, but most of the rest of the show annoys me, especially some of the losers they have on. that's it, the rest of the station's programming can be filled with tv noise for all i care. i had to laugh, i'm flipping through best buy ad or something this weekend and felt really old when i saw this (i'm only 23):

  15. QUOTE(Nokona @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 07:11 PM) Remember when he signed all of these new integral pieces to our team? Yeah. I remember too.
  16. my first car was a 91 toyota corolla w/ about 125k miles on it, i bought from a friend of my dad's for 1k after my 18th bday. parents paid for insurance as gift for graduation. until then drove my parents old cars which include an 85 diplomat, an 89 colt, & the best, a 91 voyager (literally was best--could pack 7 friends and had a killer sound system)...i miss that corolla--great lil car...
  17. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 06:04 PM) You eat pieces of s*** for breakfast??? Anyone know the movie? easy, happy gilmore... and no parents should not have to buy their kids a car...
  18. QUOTE(knightni @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 03:52 PM) Marlinsfan, your images were too small that you used and you need bigger pics. a couple major things: as knight said, make a small pic larger just pixelates it. find the biggest pics you can find and make them smaller. also when resizing (if using photoshop) hold down the shift key as resizing. keeps the image's proportions. also think about image placement. especially looking at top left pics and how they are halfway cutoff up in the air like that. defies some kind of law of science i'm sure... did a good job with the cutting & except for it being stretched and pixelated the background isn't bad either...

  21. QUOTE(SnB @ Aug 29, 2005 -> 06:29 PM) I just don't "get anything" out of listening to dave, it just doesn't do anything for me. It wouldn't be an issue if i didn't hate the type of people that usually listen to dave (already discussed in this thread.) Phish is ok, i have a full album of them covering beatles songs, it's really great. speaking of phish covers, should listen to their cover of gin and juice-- /only phish song i remotely like...
