It was a half day for us. I went to school early and everyone was around the T.V in the hallway. I was like wtf, then I found out and was really confused (kinda took a while to sink in that we were attacked) then I was praying that my aunt was okay and that was what everyone was talking about through the whole week.

Haven't started a game thread in about 3 months so I'll put my 1-0 streak on the line today... Let's win one on this day for the good guys!

6-8 mil? That isn't bad at all considering Benitez is asking for 8-10 mil, and Urbina is around 7-9. With all the players who are leaving, that's alot of money we can invest, and who knows what trades we'll make that'll free up more space. I'd take Wagner in a heartbeat. He's awesome.

Was one of the best closers "ever" (if you feel that way)Ever since that surgery, his fastball is 86-88, can't use the nasty slider anymore and his changeup can hang from time to time. He's basically a 2 pitch pitcher now. I saw him pitch against the Cubbies/Marlins and he looked horrible. Pass.

I'd rather have f***ing Glendon Rusch closing out games than those two which isn't saying much at all. I hope we make a run at Urbina (even though he's also better for the set-up) or Billy Wagner (if the club doesn't pick up his option )

Only 25 years old, and you can't go by what KW and JR say about his game calling, and don't even mention can't throw out base stealers cuz he had the best percentage in that department just last year. Seattle is very pleased with him and we are very pleased with Garcia, but he is a special player like it or not.

He is a special player right now. Always has a smile on his face, goes out and plays his ass off everyday, and shows his talent on the field going all out. That's the sign of a special player.
