Tracy really looks good. Reminds me of Reed a bit. Good plate disapline (23 walks to 28 strikeouts) has a decent average now (.278) can flash some power (5 HR 32 RBI) and has some speed. (3 triples but only 1 SB caught 3 times hasn't ran much with Zona but I can see him as a 20-20 guy in the future) I would love to get this 24 yr old kid.

Which makes Hilly expendable. Even if we don't give them Crede we can eigher used Hilly as a bench player, or Trade Crede else where for pitching. (Maybe like Seattle where they wanted him before for some pitching) [doubt we get Pineiro, but maybe a couple of prospects or some bullpen help like a Hasagawa etc..

He won't be a future type 3rd baseman eigher. Just a solid guy with us until one of Fields/Schur/De Los Santos (a guy me and dasox24 like) develops.

Ditto. Schur is just raking the ball so far in the minors and it he keeps this up he'll move up. And of course, our system is excited about Josh Fields (hopefully he can start hitting consitantly and move up quickly). We can always add Hillenbrand as a replacement in that proposed deal someone mentioned earlier (or someone else if some people on this board arent Hillenbrand fans.. )

I always thought girls were harder to raise (at least that's what I've heard from other parents ) Boys are simple. Girls are more complicated esp. with a father who doesnt know what a girl goes through from adolencence. (such as school, periods, feelings, etc.) Just my 2 cents..

They do. But the thing is, Hendry is too babyish about his prospects. (He's pretty much in love with them which I'm trying to say. ) They've got some studs down there, but most who could have been tradeable because of alot of em, he didn't want to give up. Right now Guzman's been injured again (their best prospect) Blasko's having a not so good year, and I'm not sure how Sisco is doing or Brownlie. He could have had Vazquez last year if he would have given them Guzman (with others) but declined (and what happens.. he get's injured and has surgery) Which is why their number will always be 1908 (besides curses and such.) Imagine what KW would do with us if he had that payroll? My god..

That was the proposed deal, but KW didn't want 2 regulars to leave so that's when a top prospect (Reed) entered the picture.

Well, we could have had a 2-1 record on the A's and the M's this year at their home parks if Billy Botch wasn't there at the time.. We could have had a .500 or above record on the road too..

I would love to get him. A lefty bat with improving average and has above average defense. He I don't mind.
