Interesting that he says regarding Moncada's injury he feels it swinging from the right side not the left. Well.. Sox are facing Hamels and Lester (2 LH) this series. I like what he said about Collins and McCann too as far as preparation as a catcher off the field in his development. Hahn really likes the word "elite" it seems.

Yup. You don't play a career backup more than one of your top prospects/future of the team. With that being said, I'd absolutely ease him in as far as receiving and learn his pitchers and such. But the bat absolutely is in.

I hope the kid is tied to McCann by the hip and becomes a sponge. McCann's work ethic off the field preparing to call a game is second to none.
