It's not gonna be a quick fix. Poles said they are going to build through the draft. The problem is they only have 5 draft picks this year thanks to the prior regime. Either he's going to have to get creative with trade downs or potentially put some current players on the block (he can also more or less ask for draft capital back for 2023 instead since they will have all of their picks). I'm very interested to see how he and the rest of the front office handles this.
