QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 1, 2009 -> 01:02 PM) A few things that need to happen in order for the Bulls to win game 7... - Rose must score 20+ points and play great defense on Rondo. - One of Salmons/Gordon must go off. - Miller/Noah/Tyrus need to outrebound Davis/Perkins/whoever. - The Bulls need to keep the crowd out of it. - Rondo needs to be suspended. added one for you -
I thought X3 was good. It's not one of the master pieces of film art, but it was entertaining.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 1, 2009 -> 11:36 AM) Robert Horry got 2 games for this one, in the playoffs. I'm not sure if there is much of a president for this, but I think when you look at the totality of Rondo in this series, he warrants at least one game. The blatant trip, the Millier hack, and the Hinrich throw all add up. We all know the NBA wouldnt DARE suspend Rando in the best series in recent history. but he's clearly been show to be a thug. -

QUOTE (rangercal @ May 1, 2009 -> 11:37 AM) 5 of Espn's top 10 plays of the day were from the game. lol and rightly so -
that's the tease. We will have NO idea what they will do next year. Kinda like the end of Season 3 when everyone one went "oh s***!" My personal theory is that they will land, but with the memories of the island and many of them will try to restart the Dharma Initiative. Remember this video: Dan is alive... or will be brought bake to life and he proves himself to Chang because he predicted the incident.

Can I get a ruling here.... is the Bulls/Celtics series one of the best all time? I cant think of many better in how tight it has been and all the OT games. -

QUOTE (kyyle23 @ May 1, 2009 -> 09:28 AM) X-Men: First Class schweet!
-
QUOTE (kyyle23 @ May 1, 2009 -> 09:21 AM) This is a definite. There is also a X-Men Origins: First Class being developed with a story of how Professor X gathered Beast/Angel/Cyclops/Jean Grey and started his academy. Although from what I have been reading it seems like the class will not be consistent with what the actual comic storyline is(ie. one of those characters will be switched out for another). Im sure a Professor X Origins plot is being developed as well. awesome! First Class would be pretty darn cool.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Apr 30, 2009 -> 12:11 PM) "X-Men Origins: Wolverine". Am I to assume by the title that there will be more than one "X-Men Origins" movie? The title lends it self to swapping out Wolverine with some other character. I wouldnt mind seeing a "X-Men Origins: Professor X" or "X-Men Origins: Magneto"

QUOTE (BearSox @ Apr 30, 2009 -> 10:32 PM) Say what you will about Fox, but at least they aren't nearly half as bad as MSNBC. They are both equally biased. MSNBC less so until about the middle of last year, then they took off the gloves and went full left.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 29, 2009 -> 04:37 PM) Fox News's new Fox Nation website this morning: Fox Nation's Purpose Statement: It strikes me as if they are trying to have it both ways. Continue to lie to themselves by saying they are a "fair" news organization, but launch a far right website and say it's not REALLY the new organization. This line makes me laugh: "The Fox Nation is for those committed to the core principles of tolerance, open debate, civil discourse--and fair and balanced coverage of the news." Yet on the front page:

QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Apr 29, 2009 -> 03:40 PM) msn.com links to a poll right now at newsvine that asks you to grade the president's job performance right now There are currently ~200K votes and it breaks down like this A - 33.5% B - 9% C - 6.4% D - 13.8% F - 37.3% http://www.polls.newsvine.com/_question/20...e-him?GT1=43001 I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there is a right wing site linking to this and running up the vote. I've seen it done on newsvine before. When legit polls have his approval rating at well over 60%, I have a hard time believing nearly 40% have him failing miserably.
