  1. QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 7, 2008 -> 12:00 AM) This is getting awkward to listen to on CNN. The hammond mayor comes off looking like a real ass to me.
  2. MSNBC calls it for Clinton. Looks like she wins 51-49. (Clinton +1.75ish)
  3. QUOTE (lostfan @ May 6, 2008 -> 11:56 PM) Rudy Clay (mayor of Gary) sounds like he's going to stab Wolf Blitzer after being asked the same question like 4 times, lol. Clay is making a bad explanation of what he is trying to say. What he is TRYING to say is that he wont release the votes for an area until EVERY vote including the absentees are counted.
  4. QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ May 6, 2008 -> 11:48 PM) Contrary to what a lot of people seem to think, I think an Obama/Clinton ticket would be a disaster. Obama certainly can win, but he should distance himself from Hillary. He doesnt, and more importantly I dont , want her always looming over his shoulder. I dont think she want him, but she NEEDS him. He deosnt NEED her. It helps him, but he doesnt need her. He needs someone with "small town cred".
  5. More numbers out of Lake in 20 minutes according to Gary's mayor
  6. Carl Berstein just said on CNN that two clinton people seem to think she's going to be gunning for VP now. One said he thinks she'll DEMAND it THe other said he thinks she thinks she's entitled to it. Good Grief
  7. Not only did Clinton cancel her morning show appearances tomorrow... she canceled ALL PUBLIC APPEARANCES!
  8. QUOTE (lostfan @ May 6, 2008 -> 11:22 PM) Mohammad Saeed al-Sahaf. I think he's still alive, last I heard he was living in Qatar. Baghdad Bob!
  9. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ May 6, 2008 -> 11:21 PM) Too bad Saddam's PR guy died, he'd do great with the Clinton campaign right about now. "THey are not in Bagdad" *tanks roll through in the background* I LOVED THAT GUY!
  10. QUOTE (Brian @ May 6, 2008 -> 11:19 PM) Anderson Cooper grilling this Clinton-ite on CNN. Get her, Coop! Kiki is just as slimy as Hillary Clinton. I havent liked her since the started bringing her out in january.
  11. QUOTE (fathom @ May 6, 2008 -> 11:03 PM) Yeah, I cringed that whole time. Wasn't Hillary up by 20 in Indiana only a few months ago? well, not that much and it depends on the poll. Check it out for yourself... RCP Indiana Polls
  12. QUOTE (Tony82087 @ May 6, 2008 -> 10:52 PM) No s***. I was just saying that to my GF. I know it's just google maps, but the touch screen with all the votes counted is awesome. I prefer the green screen virtual set Norah O'Donnell uses on MSNBC. Great full length body shots Yea, I'm a perv. But i'd do her. lol
  13. QUOTE (Tony82087 @ May 6, 2008 -> 10:46 PM) A few of the other minor counties aren't all accounted for, correct? All but 3 or 4 counties are over 97% reporting
  14. Clinton canceled all her morning show interviews on Wednesday
  15. oh s***! Indiana just dropped below a 20,000 vote difference with 9% left!
  16. This from the Washington Post... Gary Mayor Rudy Clay- "Let me tell you, when all the votes are counted, when Gary comes in, I think you're looking at something for the world to see," Clay, an Obama supporter, said in a telephone interview from Obama's Gary headquarters. "I don't know what the numbers are yet, but Gary has absolutely produced in large numbers for Obama here."
  17. Looks like 4 counties with less than 97% of precincts reporting... Lake Porter 71% (58-42 to Clinton so far) Laporte 75% (52-48 to Clinton so far) Monroe 53% (65-35 to Obama so far)
  18. QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ May 6, 2008 -> 08:44 PM) Hillary plans to huddle with undecided super delegates tomorrow; gauging if she can go on... Developing... Take that FWIW, that's on Drudge :pray
  19. QUOTE (Brian @ May 6, 2008 -> 08:38 PM) She is so boring to listen to, IMO. Obama > Clinton >>>> McCain McCain sounds like he is reading his autobiography to a 5 year old when he talks. Slow, monotone and booooooring!
  20. QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ May 6, 2008 -> 08:36 PM) Brian, I don't know a ton about the process, but this had to be a giant night for Obama. Hillary is going to have a difficult time to realistically spin this any positive way. She's going to have trouble fund raising again after tonight Not including FL and MI, She needs over 85% of the remaining pledged delegates after tonight. might be closer to 90.
  21. What a coincidence. i got thirsty and needed to go get something to drink the moment Hillary stepped on stage
  22. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 6, 2008 -> 08:30 PM) They all called Missouri for Clinton on Super Tuesday and had exactly the same thing happen when St. Louis came in. I was thinking that too.
  23. a no-no through 7.2 against Boston and 8.1 against Min. WOW!
