  3. QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Apr 12, 2005 -> 11:11 PM) I want a White Sox logo on a black background, but glossy like. Like when ESPN shows White Sox logo and it's shiny and has a certain glossy feel to it. I want it exactly like that. http://www.matthewoverton.com/images/wallp...x_1280x1024.gif
  4. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 02:20 PM) I know you made it, but if there were no women, you couldn't have made it. That's what I'm getting at. OK? Ohh my bad, I forgot the after my post.
  5. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 01:38 PM) lol I'll agree too, I wouldn't have a sig if it wasn't for women. What are you getting at?
  6. QUOTE(winodj @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 12:48 PM) They searched her house I know that. Something tells me that it was a plant. They said that the found finger was manicured. I can't imagine anyone paying for a manicure and not making a fuss about losing a finger making chili. Manicures ain't cheap ya know. I had thought that it was plant. Kind of like the "chicken head in the mcnuggets" plant by PETA awhile back.

  12. QUOTE(CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Apr 12, 2005 -> 12:31 PM) I had my dog type that Those PETA Southsiders will be "all up in your grill" for that one, homes.
  13. With the amount of time that Berkman will see the DL this year, the second one is good for you. The first, I wouldn't do. Soriano is still a prized IF and Uribe is underrated as a multiple infield position player.
  14. Texeira >> Overbay He had better stats in '04 and has a better lineup around him than Overbay.

  16. QUOTE(MoreCowbell @ Apr 11, 2005 -> 11:39 AM) I also saw a very good pitcher getting a lot of help in terms of a very friendly strike zone... I hear ya. Buehrle got squeezed by the homeplate umpire from the beginning. They wouldn't give him the outside corner at all.
  17. Hairston deserved the start after his Spring. I'm glad that he will have the opportunity. I only wish he could of done it on the Southside. :banghead
  18. Someone was pissed when Buffy went off the air...qwerty.
  19. QUOTE(Razor Shines @ Apr 9, 2005 -> 06:20 AM) Pitcher Jim Bullard - "He's going to get the ball opening night," Shines said. "He could've easily been our best pitcher last year." Bullard went 8-4 as a part-time starter last year. "Truth is, he should be in (Triple-A) Charlotte," Shines said of Bullard. Even though he posts here, I would have to agree. Bullard has been in AA too long.
  20. The Twins suck more than the Cubs because they keep beating our asses every season for the division. [Did you see the Twins "3-peat" banner on the ESPN broadcast? I about threw a chair at the TV] The Cubs only matter to the TV, Mariotti and dips***s that ride the El. They also only matter when the Sox play them.
  21. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Apr 11, 2005 -> 12:49 AM) Knight, that was the whole point of this board. Were hopoing Mariotti can come by and share some of his insight with all of us. Why? He only steals our insights anyway.
  22. Santana wasn't a full time starter until last year. The Twinks kept throwing him into their bullpen. He was very good when they let him start in 2002/2003. But, he was the #6 guy in a very deep Min pitching staff. They had: Brad Radke, Kenny Rogers, Rick Reed, Joe Mays, Matt Kinney & Kyle Lohse with Eric Milton on the DL. All were thought higher of coming into the '02/'03 seasons. Santana was a young 23/24 yr old AAA guy who hadn't had much experience the the majors yet.
