hey the reason im pumped for the michigan game is cuz i'm a michigan fan and i dont see anything wrong with being pumped for a game that my team HAS to win to make a bid for the tourney

i think a suspension is a defininte over reaction but he should be punished for it by way of detention or something because i think the teachers probably though that the magazine may be inappropiate for 6th graders so i think that might be why he was punished.

agreed are bullpen has made up for the loss of tom gordon by getting Mr Zero. I'm pretty confident with our bullpen this year.

i read in the paper the other day that Koch wasnt worried about his velocity and that he was more focused on hitting his spots and staying healthy.

that would be solid for us but im highly doubtful of kw making any more moves until june or july

that just makes me sick. we had so much potential last year and we went no where.

ya its kind of hard to get into it with the lackluster teams we've had the past 2 years. We've had the talent to win the division the past couple years but we just haven't pulled through. I think what we needed was a motivator like the ozman who can come in and teach these guys to play with some heart.

i think danny wright is fine in the pen because when he started last year he got lit up a couple of times in starts he was 0-7 with a 6.85 era. out of the pen he was 1-0 with a 3.24 era i definetly think danny belongs in the pen

ya plus it takes a couple of games for hitters to start getting there timing back so we at least have a chance

by reading this it sounds like jon rauch is the favorite right now for the 5 spot in the rotation

i think c lee did best when he was in the 2 spot which is where i would prefer to see him

the reason why franks obp is higher then paulies is beacuse he draws way more walks them paul does, Frank had 100 walks last year whereas paul only had 43

ya a consistent lineup keeps the way players are playing consistent. I didnt like the way Jerry handeled the lineup so i hope ozzie handles that differently.

man does willie need this. he needs to prove himself this year and he's already shown that he's dedicated to doing that by arriving early to camp.
