  1. Trust me, numbers lie way more often than you think.
  2. Have you watched any Colts games? THAT is the best offense in the league, and one of he best offensive teams EVER.
  3. Take a look at who the Colts have played this season, and tehn look at who the Vikings and Packers have played. Do you know anything about strength of schedule? Or how about strength of division? I'm still waiting for one valid football thought.
  4. First of all, the Vikings are a division opponent. Anyone with half a brain would recognize that there's far more familiarity and preparation that comes into play against division opponents. Second, the Colts are hands down the best offense in the league. They're getting ready to set a bunch of passing records & red zone efficiency records. Next.
  5. Now that ain't fair, and you know it. The Colts offense can make anyone look silly. A more accurate indication would be their remaining games versus Minnesota and Green Bay.
  6. A discussion about RIGHT NOW? Did I or did I not say that the Bears defense gets better and better every week? They are not peaking or falling...they're RISING, and dramatically at that. Season stats are only somewhat of an indication of what they're capable of. I hope that you finally understand.
  7. Holy s***, you still don't get it. :headshake
  8. They didn't reach the super bowl on the strength of their good looks.
  9. Can you spot an up-and-coming defense when you see one? Or are you more of an after-the-fact type of guy? Maybe you should pay close attention to the evolution of this Bears D-Line. Alex Brown, Adawale Ogunleye, Tommie Harris, and Michael Haynes are becoming more and more devastating by the week...there's no way that you can compare the Week 3 or Week 4 Bears to the Week 10 Bears. Can you see how your argument is incredibly flawed? Season stats? That's supposed to be a joke, right?
  10. The Bucks are actually a cohesive unit, though. Dudes have defined roles. We should get spanked in that one. And the Nets? I dunno. With Mourning healthy (solid pick-up in the soxtalk league btw), that should give them enough of an edge to take us in what could be a close game.
  11. Get hot here and get the shooter's touch? WTF? I don't know how many times I can reiterate NOT ONE STARTER BEYOND THE AGE OF 24. But then again, I get the feeling that you don't pay much attention to basketball (call it a hunch), so I ain't mad atcha.
  12. They have not one decent veteran. All of their starters are between the ages of 20 and 24 if I'm not mistaken. I don't know how some of y'all can just ignore that. Those games that DBAHO has down as wins or possible wins (WASH, PHIL, CLE, MIL, NJ)......I have the Bulls getting slammed by about 20 in every one of those games. The 76ers are going to pound us into oblivion. In Washington? Not a chance in hell. Againt Cleveland? OMG they're gonna murder us.
  13. There's no way. You can't win 30 games when your starting lineup has nobody beyond the age of 24. Maybe in the bizarro world, perhaps. Me and my grade school buddies would give them a run for their money.
  14. To think that this guy may actually breed one day. How are you gonna be a millionaire with no car insurance? A colossal beatdown is precisely what this guy needs.
  15. I hear you. I can't believe how deep Minnesota is at the RB position. However, if you look at overall talent and experience, the Colts are about as good as it gets. They are packing some serious firepower, and they have more than enough brains to back it up. Best offense in the league? More like one of the best ever. I'd also put the Chiefs ahead of the Vikings. The recent issue of SI with the Steelers on the cover has 5 Chiefs on their Mid-Season All Pro Team. That's 5 out of 11 guys in the entire NFL. That offense is insane. All three (Colts, Chiefs, Vikings) have damn near all of their money invested in offense. Meanwhile, the Patriots have the rings. Moral of the story: Don't put all of your eggs in one basket.
  16. They were 5-1 when my buddy bet me that they wouldn't make the playoffs. I didn't even hesitate...money in the bank I figured. However, both the Packers and the Bears looked like they were finished back in Week 6. I'm definitely regretting that bet right about now.
  17. Despite the fact that the Rams have their number, Seattle is the second best team in the NFC and the only team that I respect outside of the Eagles. Think Bears in 2005. Think about the pro bowl caliber players on defense: Adawale Ogunleye, Alex Brown, Tommie Harris, Lance Briggs, Brian Urlacher, Charles Tillman, Mike Brown, etc. Think about the second tier: Jerry Azumah, Michael Haynes, Tank Williams, Mike Green, Alphonso Boone, Nathan Vasher, etc. We're gonna be slammin' folks. Jerry Angelo
  18. The Score just reported that Krenzel is fine & he'll be ready to go this Sunday.
  19. That's exactly right. And if it were up to me, I'd have everyone doing something similar to what Payton did in the offseason.
  20. Jose Contreras Unless they plan on moving him to the pen... EDIT: Never mind, wrong context
  21. Some look at ERA first and foremost, but I look at WHIP before I look at anything else. To me, that's without a doubt the most important statistic for pitchers. Well, that or OPS allowed.
  22. Yeah, but that's some new jack type s***. Everyone keeps reiterating that Randy is the guy that you give the ball to in games 1, 4, and 7 in the World Series.
