i say no way in hell we ditch garland... i mean at worse he is good for 12 wins right... while it isnt what we expect from him he is still a solid starter and you just dont ditch those guys... if we lose anyone or take them from the rotation next year its going to be one of the cubans more likely El Duque. But im really hoping this is the year Garland can get his era maybe low 4's and 15-16 wins... that would be sweet.. He did outpitch Santana once last year we won 2-1 off a Carlos Lee HR in the 1st inning... that alone is enough for me to keep him

idonno dont count out pollite now since he shouldnt be any pressure situations i think he should put up some solid numbers... that 8th inning was rough on him.. now he is a 6th or 7th inning man.

lol old man at 26 yeah it would be pretty incredible if this team went to the playoffs also would tell you how weak the East has truly gotten... and what would make it better if we dumped Frank Williams lazy ass and picked up Jay Williams at the end of the season back... nothing like having a guy with that much heart to make a comeback reminds me of Rowand kind of.

while id say we have more talent overall than the cavs... i think Lebron will be 2 much for us to beat him in the playoffs... a course he might become a choke artist in the playoffs too but as of now ill give him the edge just because of such a game changer he is.

in my opinion their is still a handful of teams that would handle us in the playoffs and they are Heat, Pistons, Cleveland, Pacers. Other than those 4 we have a chance... magic arent really 2 good.. we have beaten new york, boston, and 76ers. Washington prob better than us right now but id think we have a chance against them.

yeah i dont mind him when he is only shooting 3's he is good at that... but its when he tries to do the fancy stuff that he couldnt hope to make.. he played 13 mins and his stat line was 1-3 with a rebound... id think you could expect a little more from a player...if thats all he going to give dont leave him in their for 13 mins get him in for 5 and let him throw up a couple of 3's and give duhon/kirk/gordon a small breather.

he was arbitration elgible so they just resigned him

that was truly an amazing game especially after the previous game... couple notes is Othella while he did have a good couple of games should not be in the game for a long time im thinking 5-10 mins is good for him... and piatkowski should only be in a game during garbage time because thats how good his play is... the real question i have would running into the 2B/SS or whatevr really of sent back a message... i mean the 2B/SS didnt do anything the guy that plowed Burke over was Hunter therefore if anyone is going to get hit back it should be Hunter... baseball is the most individual team sport and the guy at 2B/SS had nothing at all to do with what Hunter did to Burke. What im trying to say is retaliation is good but not on an innocent person hit the guy that did the crime.

i was always a big fan of crawford when he was here... and hell i mean last year he was the only one who would want to take control of the game with Kirk being pass happy and Curry being half ass so i didnt mind it than... Also i think him and Curry really seemed to have some nice chemestry together... But although i was sad he left i understand how he wouldnt fit in on our current team.

i think i read somewhere even though El Duque will be in the 3 spot he will be given the most off days and only in the 3 spot to get the best matchups possible..... as for the lineup.. Ozzie likes guys that can bunt and Uribe can i think its as simple as that... Uribe also is what 25 a lot of people i hear saying it was a career year and stuff like that... he is 25 damnit you dont have your career year when your 24.. he should get better and if he struggles he will be moved.

i think they will resign chandler for sure... especially since he shows a lot more hustle than curry. and cheaper.
