  1. Easy breezy inning, 107 pitches for Mark.
  2. Do I see 2 unearned runs both due to JosE6?
  3. Fill me in with some recap so far anyone?
  4. Sorry I couldnt resist bringing up this thread that I missed a while back, just to say that I would stand on the Eiffel Tower with Osama, Saddam, Michael Jackson, and E.T. closing in on me from all sides, and kiss a Camel Spider right now just to eat some f***ing In N Out. Sorry, I havent eaten in the last 36 hours.
  5. s***, I just made out that theres two of them.
  6. Hes been sizzling ever since that amazing come-from-behind game that he had last year, as far as I can remember.
  7. Its hilarious how one game can start a love fest or hate rampage against a player.
  8. Time to really see if Ozzie can turn this team around after its been Manuelized for so long.
  9. Look on the bottom, its the special feature that ss2k4 lives off of.
  10. He better get going soon. It'll be a huge boost if he starts hitting behind the red hot Konerko.
  11. If by balls you mean the opposite of strikes, then I agree. I think the real props should be given to the clutch defense of Olivo, Konerko, and Crede in the fourth. Without that, he would have been dead meat, and the whole Judy Garland tirade would be on right now. The 11 or 14 balls in a row (I cant remember the exact number) was inexusable. Lets just thank god that everything worked out and he settled down soon enough. And dont get me wrong, Jon is one of my favorite players on this team, and Im hoping that with Ozzie sticking with him, he'll finally gain the confidence that hes lacked for so long.
  12. I wouldnt be so sure if I were you. I guess tomorrow should give us a peek at things to come.
  13. Figgins is very similar to Willie, I think he might even be a little shorter. This guy has experienced much more success at the MLB level, and has very solid D. I feel alot more comfortable with him at 2nd than in CF. I'm a big fan of Chone, he's got tons of heart and is a sparkplug, everything you need at the beginning of your lineup. He is prone to a slump here and there but when hes on his game, he keeps rolling. As for Amezaga, it might take someone like Honel to part with him. Very slick fielder and they're just putting their finishing touches on him in the minors while waiting for Eckstein to go.
  14. Watch out...Steinburner has his eyes on Maggs for next year.
  15. Theres that momentum we were talking about
  16. Garland owes Olivo a cream-filled burrito.
  17. Wheres Garland's balls? He sure doesnt mind throwing them.
