Wow, this is some incredible news. This is the exact type of deal I would perform if I was the GM. Packaging up these 3 for an elite level prospect + more is the way to go. From the Yankees or Red Sox side, getting 2 dominating relievers and an average/above average 3b in a deal is a very big improvement to your club this year (and next). Especially for the Yankees, if they get the 2 relievers, that is going to be huge. I would venture to say they will be a team to reckon with even this year (and I assume they are getting Harper/some free agent all star next year).

I think if there's anyone on the WSox currently that you want to see do well it is Tim Anderson followed by Carlos Rodon further down the line is Jose Abreu. Everybody else in terms of the future likely won't be a major part from what I see/understand.

Sorry, haven't watched baseball in ages. Is Tim Anderson good? I recall when he was brought up, he was supposed to be special. Is he part of the Wsox future? Or has he decreased a lot this year/last year? Thanks

So, I made myself a half-promise not to talk wrestling on forums/look at spoiler sites. I have Raw on in the background, excited about Angle's "big" announcement. Angle comes down to the ring, I'm expecting something with Dixie Carter/TNA or Stephanie McMahon/HHH (both of these storylines would be big, but mehhhhhh) or even a bigger suprise that leads to something really cool. NO. We get a quick announcment that f***ing Jordan whatever (guy from American Alpha) is Kurt Angles long lost son from a college sweetheart. What the actual f***. They had this booming storyline going on for weeks, and it leads to Jordan being Kurt's son? This was supposed to RUIN Angle, create a massive storyline that rages through the WWE. Instead, we get a person no one gives a flying f*** about being Angle's son. WHY? Who cares? The crowd certainly didn't. Who makes up this s***? Seriously? Why are they seemingly breaking up one of the better tag teams they have? This is f***ing insane. Two bomb storylines (cass/enzo and Angle) have led to absolute dog s***.

The Wsox should really try to add DRob and take on some of his $$$ to get a really nice package here.

It's just mind boggling how they would take Horford and Heyward, but keep all the picks/players. They have maybe the most deep team in the league, but with no true star power how the hell are they going to beat Cavs/Warriors. It's just annoying to me because I like their roster set up, I love a well balanced roster with great players all over, but how they could not pick out George/Butler or both is beyond me!

I would say Brock's past two matches have been better than what we've seen in 2016 (his last two being vs samoa Joe and the WM vs Goldberg) but both matches have two notable deficiencies. 1. is that they are much too short. 2. The hampering of suplex city gimmick. Nothing in the world will make me a Brock Lesnar fan right now. The guy shows up 1/10 live shows, has 1 title match in 3-4 months and when he does fight, he wrrestles less than 10 minute matches. It's a joke. I was entertained with both matches, but they don't get above *** for me. This is a guy that is being paid HUGE money relative to everyone else. Jokeeeeeee

Just here to state f*** the Celtics. That team was/is loaded with players and picks and they can't pull any triggers. Jesus.

Hi guys, random question, don't follow too much baseball currently: Is there a chance that the White Sox trade Abreu? I'd imagine he'd net a nice prospect from a team needing some hitting power at the deadline. I'd love to see him go.

Crazy to see this deal! Didn't realize the trade deadline is right around the corner (haven't followed baseball). I think it's a solid return, Jimenez obviously being the key piece here. Great trading partner, good trade all around.

What do people think of Thunder / HOU / MIN chances? Thunder now has PG + Westbrook Houston with Chris Paul + Harden and good supporting cast MIN with Butler, KAT, Dieng, Teague, Wiggins (my favorite team now!) Also, the trade for PG seems so odd. Oladipio and Sabonis? I guess it's nice to have Oladipio secured while PG is just telling people he's going to LA after the year. Hm.

Yeah another terrible decision to have the women's MITB scarred by having a man get the briefcase... Literally, many were joking about this a month ago and wwe decides to do this. Don't like either MITB winner, but I also do not hate either character. Their future depends on the booking 100% tho (corbin and Carmella) and unfortunately, that is where I have 0 faith in WWE.

My plans for Sasha Banks: Here is what I think should be done. First, note that the WWE women's divisions need to create talent always. It's an unfortunate circumstance that the women usually only get 1 match per night on SD or Raw or PPV. Sometimes 2 on Raw/PPV if fortunate. This match is usually dominated by the Women's title. Unfortunately, Only a few women can be around the title at any given time, otherwise chaos breaks out. With Sasha, she has been the champion and around the title for the greater part of the year in 2016. She is now relaxing in a mid feud fight with Alicia to get Alicia some screen time. This is a good thing for both girls. Sasha cannot be in the main light ALL the time. It's bad for the division. So what I would do is have her feud with Alicia while Bayley feuds with Bliss. Once Bayley ultimately does not defeat Bliss for the Title, have Banks become the #1 contender and fight her throughout summerslam time. Bliss as a heel and Banks as a face would be a great rivalry. Out of this Rivalry, perhaps after or before Survivor series, have Banks come away as the winner and the champion. Now, have Bayley face her and get the better of her in perhaps some lucky ways, maybe after survivor series and ultimately having the rematch at Royal Rumble where Bayley beats Banks for the second time thus holding the title. Now, at the Royal Rumble or after the Royal Rumble have Banks turn on Bayley in a drastic way. I'm not exactly sure how this would be done, but effectively it would make Banks the Heel we've wanted. Obviously, this sets up an incredibly emotional and historic 1on1 between the two at Wrestlemania if done right. For additional thought, you could have Banks cost Bayley the title at the February PPV (heel turn) to Bliss or someone and thus have the Wrestlemania match be non-title so they could have their traditional 3 or 4-way divas fight for the title at WM with Bliss, Nia, Mickie, Alicia etc. Maybe Asuka whatever.

The thing about NXT Takeover to me was the difference in styles represented. You had an amazing indy-style technical war in the UK Championship. You had the brilliant psychology of bobby Roode in the championship match. You had the brutal spotfest in the ladder match. I think there is an important lost art in Bobby Roodes style. Some might say its boring, but it's ring psychology the way it should be. He seems to get over the faces properly where the crowd ends up cheering for the face. It's magical!

first off, I absolutely LOVED takeover. Really, it was insanely awesome. I post here to post an opinion: What if they had Bobby Roode Stay in NXT until the Royal Rumble. Have him and his wonderful entrance be combatant #2. Now, the fans/everybody would expect him to last for some time, but be eliminated, but slowly and surely he ends up winning the Rumble. Now, for a few weeks after the Rumble, he gives cocky interviews and promos proclaiming how Glorious he is and we have the added curiosity of just which champion he will decide to face at Wrestlemania. Meanwhile, Styles becomes Champion over say Randy Orton at the Rumble. Ultimately, Roode decides to take on Styles at WM for the championship and they go on to have a great WM match (victor can be either one, preferrably Roode due to the Rumble storyline). Is that DOPE or what!?!?!?

I'm going to Anime Central at Rosemont on Saturday and figured I'd stop by NXT Takeover during the night. I'm highly interested in doing this, but unsure of the card/time. There is only 4 matches (all seem interesting), does anyone have any input on it? I know NXT Takeover events are usually pretty damn good and a great crowd.

Just in here to comment again on how awful the playoffs have been. I don't even regularly look at scores anymore or know who's playing, all I know is GS vs. CLE in finals with GS likely winning. Which... we could have predicted months and months ago. BOOOOORRRRRRING

As a first time-watcher (basically, watched last game and this game) of the season the hawks look bad. They are getting pushed around too easily, losing every face off, every shot is forced.

Guys, it's ok, this will be my first game I watch on TV in roughly like 2-3 years. Hawks win big tonight due to this.

Just funny bulls get the W. Shoulda traded for Butler when you had the chance, f***ers!
