  1. Steve Austin gave some advice to these three wrestlers, and I agree with all of his analysis. Note, I like all three of these wrestlers.
  2. He's right tho, no? This is the worst W'Sox pitching staff ever? (When you consider RP's too)
  3. Weather is going to be gross all day. 50's, some rain here and there. Chatwood has had decent ERA on the year, but his walks are pretty insane. With that being said, W'sox don't look good without Moncada.
  4. 1. LeBron is the best ever, no doubt about it. 2. The NBA fucking sucks. Seriously? GSW vs. HOU and CLE vs. BOS? Could have predicted that shit 2 years ago (sans HOU maybe). At least I guess BOS has a chance, but without Irving it's rough.
  5. I wonder when that happened.. If it happened before Backlash it makes me understand a bit of why they booked their match that way, but due to the length of their match at Backlash it leads me to believe it happened after Backlash.
  6. I love me some Reynaldo Lopez... he is prime for some serious regression sooner or later, but i'll keep riding the train.
  7. Miz is truly spectacular. Also, while Backlash and Raw sucked, Smackdown was pretty darn good. Not sure I like Bryan losing clean, but at least it was to Rusev! The woman's divisions on both shows are absolute jokes right now. Don't know what Vince/creative has against them.
  8. Antic is a poor word choice. More so his talent (or lack there of). http://forums.rotoworld.com/topic/674960-lucas-giolito-2018-outlook/?page=5
  9. Yeah, this guy's early season antics has the baseball crowd feeling he is throwing nothing out there... I mean, as a white sox homer I gotta believe in him.
  10. Oh God, I didn't realize Giolitto is pitching today. Funny how fast a players reputation goes from potential stud prospect working it together to a disaster.
  11. Completely agree -- Anderson needs a higher spot in the line up especially with Moncada out and Avi out. Anyone have an ETA on Moncada's return day?
  12. I'm very interested to hear when people think Eloy Jimenez will be up. Is it possible that it is soon as in Mayish?
  13. I'm not a fan of this... mainly for fantasy team reasons, but also because I think it's a bit too soon and a bit too much drama related with the Cubs in store.
  14. To me, that is the most puzzling thing regarding the entire PPV. They wasted hours on things like replays/segments/drawn out matches, but had a ton of quality wrestlers held off the event. The event actually went around 30 minutes over the normal PPV time... it's insane! The entire PPV it felt like they were trying to kill as much time as possible, but then it goes over 30 minutes and quality wrestlers are sitting on the sidelines. As good as the Elias segment was, it was there to get high quality performers onto the show... but what did it really accomplish for any of them? I guess it furthered the feud between Roode and Elias, but otherwise it didn't do much of anything. Instead, they could of had a match involving Roode vs. Elias, even though they give that type of match away on Raw TV now (a whole other problem) and a Rusev match. Ah well.
  15. Yes, I came on here to post that as well.. One of the worst PPV's ever by WWE. That's not an exaggeration. I can't understand how this same company put on one of the best PPV's ever in NXT Takeover during WM weekend and puts on this glorified house-show/TV show of a PPV in backlash. Everyone who put that PPV together deserves to be fired. There did exist some tangible problems being that WM/GRR/Backlash occurred so quickly, but there was NO substance in GRR or Backlash. They spent 4.5 hours on it and gave the viewers NO new information. If you didn't watch it (Backlash) you'd still have the same canon information as everyone who did watch it. They spent some 20 minutes on an Elias promo that was a complete waste, but it was entertaining. There could have been a match/segment that highlighted the wrestlers involved there. Nia may be one of the worst of all time wrestlers in WWE, male or female. She is AWFUL. The botches, the amazingly cringe-worthy promos. Tonight KILLED her as a babyface. The fans will turn on her from here on out due to that pathetic promo. They had Carmella beat Charlotte clean, the same Charlotte that they had beat Asuka's undefeated streak. Unbelievably puzzling when they could of easily had her cheat or use the Iconics to win the match and move both wrestlers away from each other and protect charlotte while keeping Carmella as champion. They had a worse then TV show Tag match with KO/Zayn. They made a dream feud between AJ Styles and Nakamura go from being a dream fight to lackluster and boring (WM match) to a feud centered around low-blows, and now have completely killed it with the count out finish in a no-dq match (the actual match was getting very good, but killed by the outcome). They Reigns/Joe match was one of the worst matches of the year and the finishing of the match (Reigns come back 1 spear, 3 count) was an insult to the viewer. The only thing that was good was the simply amazing match between Miz and Rollins, but that was hurt by the predictability of the outcome. My question is, how can this be the best booking WWE has? How can they do co-branded PPVs and waste so much of our time? They have a roster FULL of talented wrestlers and this is the very best we get? Why is this? Hire me WWE, I will put your talented roster to use.
  16. No Moncada means i'll probably be tuning out of this one early. Ah well. Go Sox
  17. Man the AL West is pretty f***ing stacked.... Super team of the decade Houston Astros, then an otherwise super team in The Angles forming (Love their lineup and they are sneaky deep in SP)... then the seattle mariners who, otherwise, would be the top of the division if it wasn't for the super teams. And on top of that a budding Oakland team. Love the rivalry going between SEa/Hou/LAA
  18. Berrios going to destroy the sox? Hope not.
  19. In terms of rivals the AL Central is where it's at. Depending on who you talk to and which team is sporting a good roster in a particular season you can have any order of the teams: Detroit, Kansas City, Minnesota, Cleveland. These days, I find it hard to root against Cleveland and Minnesota. I love their rosters. KC and DET are more on 'our level' of competition so it's easier to despise them.
