In a seven run lead, leskanic. With a 1or 2 run lead pedro no doubt about that. Also i know lowe was starting on 2 days rest but he only threw 69 pitches through 6 innings. Why not send him out there to at least start the 7th inning? He will be on 5 days rest the next time he pitches either way.

He has pitched pretty well with boston, no reason for me to believe the yankees would have rocked him. If he gave up a couple runs then bring in pedro, but if it was not really needed he could have alittle extra rest.

From what i have read he is very bad with his bullpen, that is a reason to question him. Boston fans are not exactly thrilled wit his decisions. If they were they would not have a thread 109 pages long which equals out to 2174 posts long saying how bad of a manager he is and that he makes terrible decisions when it comes to the bullpen.

You are telling me with a seven run lead leskanic could not pitch two innings? It would have ben 3 or four days since the last time he pitched. I don't about the red sox just think leskanic is good enough for the mop up role.
