  1. Ya, my fault. I realized that after i posted it and cheat was asking for any other times it has happened and i knew it didn't happen more than that one time. Sorry about that.
  2. I am slipping in my old age. Well i have no facts that he has said it numerous times or complained numerous times.I just don't like when a player makes any excuses whatsoever. But that is not my big beef with garland it is like i have said his lack of enthusiasm outside of the montreal game.
  3. Just wait to tomorrow morning/afternoon when Israel4ever responds to JimH again even though he said he was through with him. I predict they will take it easy tomorrow and only kill 1 thread.
  4. I am not saying he has done it often but the point is he has done it once and that is too much imo. I know other players on other teams have said negative things about their team or a specific player but hat doesn't mean i have to like it. Yes i was watching the game he pitched against Montreal and that is the only time i have ever seen him truly pissed and he really screwed himself that game. If you have noticed any other times let me know. What really gets me is his lack of enthuisiasm he has out there. It's like he could give a s*** less about the game and is just out there to get a pay check.
  5. I can agree with that but like you said one more he does one more stupid thing he can truly be labeled a ''clubhouse cancer''
  6. He complains about runs support when he gives up 5,6,7 runs a game. Blames other players for losing the game because of an error. It's called why don't you try and pitch over. I have never seen him looked pissed after giving up a go ahead three run home run. He is ridiculous.
  7. It's not that he doesn't know anything. Mostly the fact he constantly gets names wrong and facts. That is what bugs me. I agree about leiter, we know what he will be doing when he retires.
  8. Don't pat yourself on the back too hard now.
  9. Their are always teams that are really desperate for offense so sexon that is a very good estimate. Maybe even a little more.

  11. The odds of that happening are not good because we would be getting raped. Also makes no sense why you do not want percival but you would ''love'' to get hoffman. Why is that?
  12. Kennedy signed a three year 8.85 million deal this past off-season.
  13. Kennedy won't be back until about june or july. They will most definitely need figgins this year at least.
  14. I really like your idea about winn. His contract is not too bad at all either. -Randy Winn-2-Year w/ mutual2006 11M- 2004-3.5M 2005-3.75-5M and 3.75 player option for 2006 + poss. 150K w/ 650 PA in 04 and 05-Mariners
  15. Mike Lowell - 3B - Marlins If Mike Lowell is dealt prior to Nov. 1, he'll be able to demand a second trade this winter. Veterans in the middle of multiyear deals are allowed to demand trades the winter after being dealt. In this case, though, Lowell would be traded early enough that he'd be able to demand the deal this offseason without even suiting up for his new team. Given that Lowell would prefer to become a free agent, he very likely would demand a second deal, which will ruin any market there was for him. It now looks like he'll become a free agent after Nov. 1. Oct. 17 - 1:08 pm et From Rotoword.
  16. Roberts is not the top of the order hitter we need and he get injured a good amount. I would love varitek but the chances of him leaving boston are slim to none.
  17. Matos was terrible this year but it was probally due to to his leg bothering him a good part of the season. Bigbie on the other hand did pretty well and bats left-handed which is a good plus. But i am pretty sure neither would go in that deal being they are young and so cheap.
  18. Gibbons is really not very good. I am not just saying that because of the year he had this past season either. His obp, slugging, and ops basically suck for a right fielder. Only complaint i have from what you said.
  19. I have seen 3 or 4 different free agent lists on verious sites and none of them say he is a free agent. Just arbitration eligible.
  20. You are correct. ''The Astros have club options on Hidalgo, Kent and Biggio. But Berkman, who agreed to a three-year deal after the 2001 season, has no such option. Berkman is still in the arbitration-eligible window, and under club control until after the 2005 season.'' http://www.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/hou/news/hou...4news&fext=.jsp
  21. The red sox look a little too happy since they are still down 3-1.
  22. Ya,it is a pretty rare thing to see but it does happen on occasion.
