Getting Perez to the southside would make this off-season a success in my point of view.

I know those numbers are ugly, but when U.S. Cellular Field is your home field that OBP may go up. What do you think? Right now I'm trying to be positive about this even though I am not happy to see Lee (the most underated player in this team) go.

I am not very happy with this trade but I will try to calm down. Let's not forget that his home turf will now be U.S. CELLULAR FIELD. That is a hitter's park right there. He may do better than he did with Milwaukee. Plus, we were asking for a leadoff hitter who can steal some bases... well we got it. Getting Podsenik and Ginter may not be bad, I think. *tries to calm the hell down*

Hutchinson gave the Bears hope last week with his three TD performance against the Vikings. But he's still 3-7 as a starter in the NFL and has plenty still to prove. I am going to be optimistic and say that Chad gives the Bears another win. The heart and soul of the defense needs to cause some havoc if the Bears are going to thrive. GO BEARS!

I haven’t heard anyone in the Cubs organization having any interest in Maggs though they may have thought about getting him. I can tell you this. If I see Magglio in the Chicago Cubs starting lineup for next season than I will puke my guts out. He’s a great player but I just don’t want to see the “Oooh ehhh ohhhh” chant in the Urinal.
