  1. 2 of the last 6 didn't vote for him. What lameos.
  2. It also sounds like this will eventually kill of the home console industry since it can work on non Sony devices.
  3. Sounds awesome. So I could theoretically play the Last of Us on my cell phone. Provided I had hood Internet.
  4. Yeah the pick is essentially worthless after 3 years. Bulls fans are now Kings fans.
  5. QUOTE (dasox24 @ Jan 7, 2014 -> 10:28 AM) After the game, Devonta Freeman said "They play big-time football in ACC, Big 10 & Pac 12" in regards to beating the SEC. Sounds like they were playing for all of college football tonight. This truly was an everybody vs. the SEC game. SEC! SEC! SEC! Seriously though nobody should have chosen a shady rapist over a conference.
  6. QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Jan 7, 2014 -> 01:29 AM) 'Choke' implies that they had some kind of chance to win a medal and blew it. They finished dead last out of 10 teams in the round robin. He missed 3 last shots that would have won 3 more matches. And then they benched him since he couldnt handle the pressure, which i guess just doesnt haapen. He was a choker.
  7. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jan 7, 2014 -> 01:05 AM) Curling on TV alert! NBC Sports network, 6 to 9 pm. Didn't John Shuster choke four years ago or something like that? Biggest choke artist in all my years watching sports. Spoiler for what I assume is on tv tonight:
  8. QUOTE (dasox24 @ Jan 4, 2014 -> 10:37 PM) The Big 10 is terrible. That's what it has to do with it. If you lose a game, you're done. If you lose a game but have some big OOC wins, then you still might have a shot at making it into the playoff. Also, you need to play the best to beat the best. If you keep playing bad teams, then you're going to keep getting beat when you play the big dogs. SEC! SEC! SEC!
  9. QUOTE (Brian @ Jan 4, 2014 -> 07:27 PM) Almost forgot new season starts tomorrow I wish it did. It's next week though.
  10. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jan 4, 2014 -> 08:55 AM) What does OOC schedule have to do with anything? It's also about the become less important. We also have Vt and Oklahoma home and homes in the next 4 years plus a larger conference slate. I'd say ooc games are about to be a lot more important. There's going to be more one loss teams battling for a playoff spot than undefeateds.
  11. This is the third time the same ref has screwed up the same exact call....what the hell
  12. I thought you had the option to take the penalty on a conversion attempt instead of the kickoff
  13. If The Officer brings Chris in as his bench coach he has the support of the Widgenation. Of course Widger left on bad terms with the front office here I believe so that won't happen. I'm all for Dave Martinez. I think he may have murdered 2 or 3 people however since he has not landed a job yet.
  14. It's funny that Texas is about 0 for 5 right now while Penn State may have two coaches lined up.
  15. It's the primary reason why trading Hector was a bad idea. Our pitching depth has been GROSSLY overstated on this board, particularly when you consider how durable and fortunate some of guys have been, though it's sort of reversed itself the last couple years. Once you have a pitching premium, you keep it, because that premium can can turn into a depth problem in about 1 day. On our current depth, probably looks about right. I'm not sure Paulino is ready or not. And Leesman is probably number 8 as it stands. That'll likely change.
  16. Youre welcome Steve. Yeah I had fun with Grid. Personally i think the best free game right now is Dragons Dogma. Kind of a Skyrim lite. Sonic Racing is supposed to be awesome to but haven't checked to see if it's up yet. Problem is I now need a big upgrade to my PS3 hard drive.
  17. The Assets is pretty good so far. Wish it was on HBO instead of ABC'S though.
  18. Would have rather seen Heath or Molina gone before Rodriguez. But ideally none of them are there soon enough.
  19. QUOTE (He_Gawn @ Dec 31, 2013 -> 11:31 PM) Yogi just got pushed into the second row and Vonleh had a guy fall on him on the rebound. Nice call. Wtf Refs probably assumed Ferrell flopped yet again.
  20. QUOTE (fathom @ Dec 31, 2013 -> 10:19 PM) IU's offense is terrible down the stretch. Not quite sure what Crean's doing, but it works well for the Illini. Taking out Vonleh in OT is whaaaaa and hey we got a call
