  1. Eloy hitting everything on the ground this series

Another big league pitcher for Robert to face tonight
  3. Prospects (maybe bigger deal)
  4. Ha good for him (not sarcasm)
  5. I bet he gets traded to the Dodgers in next few weeks
  6. But he’s not learning much playing 2 times a week at this level. This is someone that only had an OPS of .750 in May and June, which is mediocre in that league. When he was promoted, he was far from a “he has nothing left to prove”. The poor guy struck out in 22 of his 37 at bats vs LHP
  7. Probably should have just recalled Seby after the Castillo injury
  8. Definitely time to IL him. Nothing looks smooth for him. Quite an awful signing with a lot of red flags screaming stay away.
  9. I don’t think there’s a chance he’s a future full time catcher. Platoon catcher is his best bet, if he’s lucky. I just don’t think the swing/approach is going to work at this level. He seems to react to the pitch too late and doesn’t have the bat speed/path to make up for the delay.
  10. Yankees, Red Sox, Cubs, Astros and Padres are all going to spend on pitching this offseason. Have fun getting into bidding wars with them.
  11. Sure there’s a reason, keep working on catching. It’s not like he was destroying the ball in Charlotte the last few months.
  12. Because there are a lot of teams that will be in the market for pitching this offseason that aren’t afraid of big deals for pitchers. As you know, this isn’t going to be like last year where a lot of the big spenders are tapped out.
  13. Good AB for Reed. Surprised at his WTP so far
  14. Bassitt dominating with very average stuff. He is so lucky he got traded.
  15. Out of curiosity, have you ever actually seen the minor leaguers that you praise so much?
  16. I have a feeling he gets sent down tomorrow
  17. Cordell....Collins K again on high fastball
  18. Terrible performance last game and a half. Eloy is so awkward defensively. Detwiler can be DFA
  19. Yolmer looking like he did to start the season
  20. Eloy struggling to elevate
  21. Definitely better positioned
  22. Sorry, meant controllable pitching. I also think there’s not a chance in hell they land Cole or MadBum
  23. True but come on, he looks like he’s never seen a high fastball. All he’s had is excuses made for him in this organization, but when you actually watch him live, you see why he struggles so much.
  24. I know it’s extremely unlikely, but he’s far and away our best trade chip that you could unload for controllable assets
  25. My god, Collins looking like Adam Engel at the plate. He is nowhere near ready.
