No BOMBS

Nova pitching great. Contending teams really should trade for him.

Batting .302 now

Should be Mendick, Mercedes and Collins for Castillo, Yolmer and Skole

What power hitter doesn’t want to take a weak swing on a first pitch curve low and away

Timmy having the day from hell

Nice at bats by Engel and Goins!

I have a bigger issue seeing Yolmer so much. No reason Mendick isn’t getting his at bats.

Eloy needs to hit the concourse on those

The Astros could have only dreamed to have Sale, Q and Eaton to trade. It’s really not a good comparison. I can’t imagine how bleak it would be without those assets to jump start things.

Considering the lack of power the Sox have, it’s embarrassing how much they strike out. It’s an organizational issue though, just like so many other things.

Yep it’s like there are reasons this team has been so incompetent at developing young hitters in their system in the past. The more info that comes up about behind the scenes, the more I want Jerry to sell the team.

Another amazing offensive performance. Eloy at least looked good

Yep Zangari said some scary things about how little they prepared them for pitchers.

He will be promoted

Why wasn’t he traded is more like it

“Solid 3 hole hitter”....he’s so going to bat 3rd when he’s 40 and still on the Sox

Pitching has been just fine since the break. Too bad the offense has been the worst in baseball.

I will hate if they give him at bats after Sept call-ups

At least the two runs are unearned

This better be his last game

Just the fact he was pissed at Chuck a few months ago because Chuck said Lopez needed to step it up is frustrating. Sox FO and coaches should worry more about putting their players in best position to succeed and less about what is being said on social media.

Coop was a total asshole on the WS Talk Podcast with Chuck. Amazing how thin-skinned he is.

He pitched fine.

Control still needs a lot of work. 5 walks, 2 strikeouts should never happen given his stuff.
