Everytime there's a fluff piece about a Sox player/position, it seems they automatically struggle. The pitchers continue to have way too much trouble in the first inning.

Starting pitching has really picked it up, but still way too many defensive miscues (Jennings throwing it away cost Sox the game) and offense is still struggling to put together good at bats. Oh well, let's split the series tomorrow.
