Dan Dakich said he'd take Craft over anyone else in college basketball if he was starting a team. I like Craft, but I think we see why Dakich is no longer coaching.

It would be splendid if Hoffman and Turner have big time seasons in the upcoming college baseball year. I listened to the Hahn interview this morning, and not once (if I recall) did he mention anything about trying to win the division this year. I was very impressed by this approach. As for Tanaka, no thanks...the cost is just going to be insane.

Davidson is probably the best 3rd base prospect in the minors that was actually available via trade (Sano and Bryant aren't going anywhere)

What a fantastic trade. Bringing in the 3B of the future for maybe our 4th best reliever. Reed's stuff is nothing special, and there's no need for a closer when you're in rebuilding mode. This is easily my favorite trade of the Hahn era.
