Eloy to the Dbacks this week is a prediction I’d like to make, just based off of what Hazen has said he’s looking for.

McLain is gonna be very good, but I don’t think he’s available

OSU is going to be playing a lot of non-starters

Every indication is Kelenic stays in Atlanta

Could have just gotten Kelenic also, and then gotten more for Cease

Just where is Grissom supposed to play defensively?

I don’t see how Braves can create a good enough package for Cease if the Sox are also taking on Marco’s contract.

Not to hijack the thread, but it just seems like we’re in hell right now. Attendance will be so bad next few years, no way will Jerry spend to get quality players on this roster. There just aren’t enough quality pieces in this organization.

Wonder if getting Gonzales makes Cease deal less likely. I know he stinks, but he’s still gonna be part of the rotation. I wish Sox had done this deal for Kelenic.

They’re so far away from contending, I’d rather they just get good players and worry about lineup balance down the road.

Grissom is truly horrible defensively in the infield, and he doesn’t hit for enough power to be a corner outfielder. He’d be a disappointing headliner.
