Oh for the 3 run homer. Adam, it's going to be a tailing 2 seamer.

QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:29 AM) Jeter has sick range!! Gold glove! He had no prayer at that

QUOTE (Soxfest @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:27 AM) It is like a 7-8-9 in the National league and in the AL that loses alot of games. That's what you get with this manager though. I can't wait for after this year when Pierre is gone and Ozzie likely is also.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:27 AM) I said the same thing. I'm assuming the gun is right. If so, I'm impressed. One thing no one can argue is that Larry Rothschild is great at getting the most velocity out of his pitchers.

Alexei is really dropping that back shoulder. Way more pop ups than usual lately.

Problem with our 8/9/1 is not only do they suck, but they have no power at all. At least with Uribe, he could hit the ball out of the park on occasion.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:16 AM) Aside from murdering someone or statutory rape, is there anything Greg Walker can do to lose his job? Oh please, what he's done to our young hitters the last 5 years is way worse than murder.

How many times this year have we had 9 straight batters retired, etc?

Beckham pushing the bat thru the zone...another great AB

QUOTE (Knackattack @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:08 AM) Give Dunn a week and he'll be on that list. Not if it's above his knees

White Sox (Buehrle) v. Yankees (Tub O' Goo)
QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 01:03 AM) Sometime before I die a highly touted White Sox prospect will come up and dominate from day one. I'm thinking 2018. Josh Fields dominated with his power during his rookie year...and then acted like he had never seen a pitcher his next year.

QUOTE (Wanne @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 01:03 AM) You're really not alone on that thought. He really needs to be send down for a while. With Beckham, you have to start wondering if his spot on the big board for 2012 comes into question? He's still a zero tool player into his 3rd year in the majors.

Awesome at bats

White Sox (Buehrle) v. Yankees (Tub O' Goo)
QUOTE (southsideirish71 @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 01:01 AM) His stance looks different, swing mechanics has changed. I would venture that he has been "fixed". The entire front office, from KW to Ozzie, better get fired if they don't fire Walker and they underachieve this year. This offense is terrible.

White Sox (Buehrle) v. Yankees (Tub O' Goo)
SWING THE BAT! Again, what exactly was Dunn expecting to get from Colon that AB? You've seen one lefty at bat against Colon, you've seen them all.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:58 AM) Remember when Sox fans, myself included, wouldn't have traded Gordon for anything outside of Pujols? Yeah, I miss those days. Interesting that Smoak and Brett Wallace have flown past Beckham this year, as they were in the same draft and were guys we were interested in.

White Sox (Buehrle) v. Yankees (Tub O' Goo)
Our hitters just have no plan at the plate. Did Konerko really not think he was going to get all sinkers with a man on base? I laughed when Farmer thought our hitters would have an advantage cause a lot of them played with Colon on the Sox.

White Sox (Buehrle) v. Yankees (Tub O' Goo)
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:51 AM) Still, with our pitch-to-contact staff, having Teahen (aka Kevin Reimer/Josh Fields) in LF and Quentin in RF, he'd let just as many runs in as he'd create offensively. Yeah, cause Pierre has been amazing in LF.

White Sox (Buehrle) v. Yankees (Tub O' Goo)
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:47 AM) Yankees' announcers have the idea he's struggling because he hasn't adjusted to DHing after playing in the NL for so long. He's struggling cause he's diving so far out over the plate, his head is moving an insane amount and he's losing the ball at about 55 feet. It's why when he does make contact, he's hitting a lot of lazy pop ups to left field.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 28, 2011 -> 12:43 AM) Wow, the RF warning track is getting a workout. Buehrle has gotten hammered in all but one start this year.

QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Apr 27, 2011 -> 11:39 PM) I don't be;ieve what just happened. Bases loaded and no out and we can't score I don't understand why Teahen isn't playing 3rd or LF. Need to get his bat in the lineup right now. Pierre is just a pile of suck, yet he never gets a day off.

I hate this National League bulls*** stuff.

QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Apr 27, 2011 -> 11:36 PM) colon's still got it -- Gordon is f***ing lost, so that helps. You get the feeling it's going to be Omar at 2nd and Teahen at 3rd on a regular basis in about two weeks
