  1. Cubs Never Won World Series....and then have a huge smile on my face
  2. The duo of Bogans and Brewer is really bad. Bogans averaging approximately 2 pts and 2 assists per game as a starting 2g.
  3. The Bulls bench is getting destroyed in this game.
  4. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Nov 5, 2010 -> 12:38 AM) I hope someone else just saw what DROSE did there. Holy s***. I scared the crap out of my baby by yelling at that dunk
  5. QUOTE (hitlesswonder @ Nov 3, 2010 -> 01:12 AM) Or like Weber keeping Jamar Smith around after his DUI (and leaving Brian Carlwell to die) so Illinois could sign DJ Richardson? Any program that has Weber at the helm has no moral high ground. As well as the Luther Head debacle.
  6. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Nov 3, 2010 -> 12:35 AM) I think having a coach fight tooth and nail to have a convicted rapist on your team is dirty and slimy, but that's just me. ************** You mean like Bruce Weber getting Rolan Roberts to play for him at SIU?
  7. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Nov 2, 2010 -> 03:38 AM) This just proves that the NL is the superior league. You have to love Bochy getting credit for having Huff bunt in the 7th inning. In reality, the bunt took the bat out of the hands of one of their best hitters and put Burrell in a situation where he had to make contact. Edgar bailed out Bochy though.
  8. QUOTE (chw42 @ Nov 2, 2010 -> 02:28 AM) Since when did Edgar Renteria start hitting home runs again? Quite the World Series hero...it makes me happy to know that Orlando Cabrera is pissed off somewhere.
  9. I was rooting for the Giants to win, but that had to be one of the most boring World Series in history. By my count, there was only one at bat from the 8th inning on where the tying run was up to bat.
  10. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Oct 31, 2010 -> 10:55 PM) Seriously. This was one of the worst football Sundays I can remember. Even the close OT game sucked. This football season has not been very entertaining this season (unless you are lucky enough to watch Gus Johnson games every weekend).
  11. Weber hasn't exactly set the world on fire with his coaching ability since Deron and Head left. What's he had, one tournament win since? Hell, the great Paul Hewitt has one tournament win during the same time period.
  12. Johnson at the 2g gives the Bulls some better playmaking ability.
  13. I keep having visions of the Bulls shooting guard strategy being compared to our rotating DH idea.
  14. JJ with some great moments there
  15. Bulls bench continues to get outplayed. I still question the way the bench is constructed, as you need a playmaker to distribute when Rose is out of the game. Watson is a gunner who doesn't really create for Korver, etc. Kurt Thomas should have been out of basketball 3 years ago.
  16. Congrats to Tulsa. And yes, Brian Kelly is pathetic. I'm hearing that more of his highly ranked recruiting class is jumping ship, as he's always lost a handful of commits.
  17. I wonder if we will start to see Ozzie writing in this style
  18. The refs in this Tulsa/ND game are pathetic.
  19. QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Oct 30, 2010 -> 03:05 AM) So the Miami Heat are pretty damn good.... These new technical rules are f***ing ridiculous btw. I've also noticed that whenever the refs call a moving pick, they call a moving pick on the other end immediately.
  20. How about the simple fact that maybe Konerko wants to go elsewhere and experience another organization?
  21. QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Oct 29, 2010 -> 07:15 PM) Why do you say that? Cause it would just make me hate the decision to bring back Ozzie for another year even more.
  22. I really hope this isn't true.

QUOTE (kwill @ Oct 28, 2010 -> 09:07 PM) I was just wondering if anybody likes seeing Juan Uribe do well in World Series? He was my favorite player when he was with the White Sox. I know that is a little weird. I still remember the two unbelievable plays to end the World Series. I believe one of the overlooked keys to the 2005 team was the strong play by the left side of the infield that year. I'll be honest, I root for Uribe to succeed more than I did for Thome when they went elsewhere.
  24. Barnes, Henson, and Zeller is a pretty fantastic frontcourt. There's enough talented players in the backcourt that at least two of them should be average come conference play. Look at the other teams below them in the top 25. Who would you put above them? I watched Kentucky's scrimmage the other day, and outside of Knight, they look awful without the UnderKanter. Washington shouldn't be in the top 25, as I. Thomas is a joke and they lost the heart and soul of their team.

FNL is back and picks up as my favorite show on TV.
