Pretty sad 5 pitch inning for the Sox that inning. Marte coming in?

Be nice to get some runs against Guerrier here. He's not exactly a good reliever, especially compared to the rest of their guys.

Great inning by Vizcaino there. Have a feeling that Marte will be put in for the 8th, with Hermanson being used as the safety closer if Shingo struggles.

Thankfully we got out of it, but I'm not happy with what I see from Vizcaino. He looks like he's fallen in love with his slider, and his fastball has lost about 5 mph from last season. It's going to be hard to fool batters if they're sitting on the slider.

If the Sox find a way to win this game, it will be purely amazing. Twins have had 15 baserunners in 6 innings.

This is the last I'll say about it: If you're going to bring Vizcaino in after one batter, he should have started the inning. Especially with the batter being a righty, I have no f'n clue why Ozzie let Cotts start the inning.

Why the f*** did Ozzie leave in Cotts to start this inning? Makes absolutely no sense to me.

Cotts should not be in the game now. He came in, did his job, and now there's a bunch of righties up. Politte or Vizcaino should be in.

I'm not even biased in my view on umpires usually, but where was the f***ing balk there? It didn't look like there was anything wrong with what Contreras did. To call a balk in that situation is bulls***.

That's a terrible f***ing call in that situation. 3rdbase umpire shoving it up the Sox ass again today.

Cotts should be warming up to face Jones. I don't like Cotts, but you have to use who you have in your bullpen. If you're not comfortable enough to bring someone in for a lefty in the 5th inning, he shouldn't be on your roster.

Iguchi's defense/decision making is killing us tonight.

Anyone else notice how much Dye is jumping at the pitch? He'll likely get the day off tomorrow with Timo facing Radke.

Iguchi is swinging the bat better after his terrible Friday and Saturday games.
