I'm pretty sure the Phillies are looking for a proven bullpen arm, not a young pitcher who s*** the bed in his only experience at the big league level, they have enough of those guys. Unless you're willing to move MacDougal you're not getting anything from Philly.

I still don't understand why the best defensive outfielder on this team isn't being used as a defensive replacement late in games. They're sticking with a Pods/Erstad/Dye outfield in the 8th and 9th innings instead of taking advantage of his skills. I just don't get it. Pods should NEVER be in LF as late as the 9th, he has no arm and no clue.

No, no he's not. Mainly because he is at his lowest value right now and there is no other true CF under 30 capable of playing every day in the organization. He's just not playing and should be in Charlotte.

Pods was VERY impressive tonight, he actually looked fast at times which is quite encouraging. I suddenly have a very good feeling about this team. The bullpen has been SO dominant and I have faith in 4 of the starters, good enough for me.

Yes, I gave him an extra TB for the stolen base and you're right atleast one of the caught stealing came after a BB but even then it's going to raise his AVG but hurt his OBP if I subtract it that way. I don't think it makes much of a difference. I wonder what Jimmy Rollins' numbers would look like from last year. He already has a high SLG% adding in the SB would just make him even more of a beast.

I understand if you live in a small market and want to hear some sports talk he might be your only option. I get that.
