9/26 GT: Cubs @ Sox (6:10pm)
Makes you wonder how often the other coaches second guess Renteria's decision making skills.

9/26 GT: Cubs @ Sox (6:10pm)
I hope you're right, but they need to get a run soon in order to keep any fractional percent of hope alive.

That's what separates good teams from bad teams. You see the freaking Twins score nearly every inning after they gave up a big number. They give up 4 in the top of the inning? You best believe they're coming back with a run or two in the bottom half.

Come on EE, just like Big Frank said, hit a line drive and see what happens.

Just my personal opinion but I'd rather face Oakland than New York, Minnesota, or Cleveland. Don't even care if it's the 7th seed at this point.

PK with the tying homer in the 9th. Brian Daubach was getting more time than Konerko.

I hate this umping crew. Why did we have to have them 11 of the last 14 games of the season?

If you can't average at least 6 innings pitched, not much use to this team as a starter.

If Lopez has a good outing on Sunday, he's probably got a better chance.

Pirates just swept the Cubs, I think that shows the Pirates might be a better team right now as pathetic as it is.

Minnesota will probably come back like they usually do, but you kind of just to get put out of our misery division wise.

I had totally forgotten he played on the Expos. I remember Everett on both Sox teams, Rangers, Astros, Mets, etc. Looked up the box score and the most impressive thing was 31 runs scored in 3 hours and 28 minutes. I had forgotten about Jose Vidro and that the mercenary Orlando Cabrera was on the Expos as well. Good times haha.

They almost pulled off that comeback. It was an entertaining game to say the least.

Not that it matters but Moustakas hit a homer, 2-1 Reds top 4.

This week has been nice in one way.....I almost forgot how pissed off I could get over a baseball game. It's been years.

Thank you for the Arnie Munoz reference. I'll never forget that game in Montreal!

I think I originally predicted this team to go 86-76 this season. Probably could've won close to 30 games in a regular schedule vs KC and Detroit.

Well the first week of the season sucked, this last week of fhe season sucks, but hey, what a fun 40 game stretch or so besides that Cardinals double header.

9/24: Pale Hose vs. They Should Be Called the Spiders (5:10 CT)
I can't even be too pissed about that. It was blown in the 7th.

9/24: Pale Hose vs. They Should Be Called the Spiders (5:10 CT)
Love your optimism but I just don't see it tonight. That 8th inning is the epitome of our season I feel sadly.

9/24: Pale Hose vs. They Should Be Called the Spiders (5:10 CT)
I was worried that might've been true, until we won 3 of 4 against Minnesota, but honestly it could've only been 1 of 4 just as easily.

Sox vs Twins 9/17 1:10
I wondered about Kepler hitting 40 homers out of nowhere last year. Same with a few other players on their team. No idea where that power came from.
