QUOTE (lostfan @ Oct 3, 2010 -> 09:49 PM) And that's why Todd Collins doesn't arbitrarily get thrown in for Cutler in case it wasn't obvious enough to everyone, like the meatheads in my Facebook news feed. The Caleb Hanie for QB society will get more vocal. Because having a good drive or two against 4th string guys trying to avoid the cut in a pre-season game automatically projects sucess. -

Now that Cutler is out of the game Collingsworth decides to b**** about the line. Well you need to have some time to make a play. Well thanks for the words of wisdom deep creepy. -

So why exactly did their O Line block there. All the rage is letting the defensive line impale our QB into the turf. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Oct 3, 2010 -> 09:27 PM) That's not true, cause anyone that watches the Hills knows that anyone can "get into" Kristin Cav Except for deep voice creepy. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Oct 3, 2010 -> 09:22 PM) Collinsworth taking shots at Cutler every chance he gets. I wonder if he watches the Hills and is upset at Cutler for getting into something he couldn't. -

Short yardage running for the bears this season is so killer. -

QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Oct 3, 2010 -> 09:13 PM) With the new concussion regulations, who knows how long Cutler will be out? Where is play action this game? One must have a competent rushing game to have a play action. Another qualification is the defensive line cannot be on the QB before he fakes to the RB. -

QUOTE (IamtheHBOMB @ Oct 3, 2010 -> 09:08 PM) Pretty much what I was thinking, but it is terrible when your options are max protect on every play or let the opposition set the all time sacks record in a game. s***ty situation. Well Cutler hasn't come out of the locker room. Not good. -

The Orton memorial society is on talkbears right now upset we got fleeced again. I think applied logic and reasoning needs to be added as requirements for college. -

Kurt Warner had a competant line and Marshal Faulk and a series of awesome receivers. Collingsworth of course still needs to blame something on Cutler. So basically we should have cutler just throwing the ball out of bounds all game long. Thats some inovative offense. BLOCK SOMEONE. -

OMG a screen. Considering that they are just running past the line you might as well pull a few, and run screens. -

8 sacks. They basically just aren't trying to block there. -

Mr Collingworth pay attention to the game. Barading Cutler for holding the ball too long when you have two WR running deep routes in a Mike Martz system is stupid. Both ends are getting around and collapsing the pocket right away. There is nothing under available. So having him throw the ball away every single time is going to accomplish nothing. -

QUOTE (G&T @ Oct 3, 2010 -> 08:20 PM) Cutler has to get rid of the ball. This is ludacris. He is flushed forward and is trying to make a play. If he threw the ball away every single time he got pressured and flushed then we would have nothing at all. This line sucks and Martz needs to go to max protect. I -

Hi my name is Greg Olsen. I didn't finish my route earlier because a scary man was there, now a scary man was running at me so I throw myself on the ground and allow the big QB to take the brunt of it. -

I love unaware announcers. Sure Chris, like when Williams went down that was the catalyst for the line turning bad. Have you actually watched Williams play. All they did was shuffle the deck on the turnstyles that call themselves linemen. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Oct 3, 2010 -> 08:02 PM) Ugh, Cutler in primetime is just a recipe for disaster. A combination of a bad throw and a gutless TE pulling up instead of continuing his route. -

So the line doesn't block well for the run, and does a poor job with pass protection. Then I watch one of our linemen just run into a player on our own team bringing him down. What a clusterf*** they are. -

I wonder what slappy grindy not so talented lefty we will sign this offseason so Ozzie can fall in love with him and overuse. They believe the DH through bench players is a success. -

Glad we got him some rest, got some fluids into him so he could run right around our defense. Sometimes obvious logic and strategy is just way to easy. Thank god we called the timeout. -

You have a QB that is cramping up and you call a timeout. Good plan Lovie.
