If you think that the MSM has ignored the catholic priests poking kids, I would say you have had your head in the sand for the last few years. That seems to be a pretty active news story. Its a bit more than the 2 minute news clip you make it out to be. The hiding of these priests has been monstrous, as well as the acts that the priests have committed. They should be excommunicated, and should serve time for their acts. The people who committed the acts, and the ones in power who have hid the truth. I can only hope that they work to clean this up and make the church what is should be, holy and revered.

I just think having an automatic out anywhere in the lineup really hurts a ballclub, and with this team in a position to contend for the AL Central Division crown, there is no reason to let a guy like Uribe torpedo a team's chances. The offense is good...it could be better. Your thoughts on the White Sox 2B situation? I don't think they are trying to lock up Ocab for a long time. I think they were more interested in his possible Class A rankings as a free agent than anything else. If they are waiting for Richar then sure, wait the time. But I agree that we need to replace Uribe at some point. If Ramirez is slotted to be our SS then he should be in the minors getting bats every single day. Having Ramirez rot on the bench for a one day a week 3 ABs is a waste of his development.

Cabrera didnt run the batter back far enough before the first throw, and Uribe ran him too far after the exchange. You always run the batter back to the back he previously occupied, not towards the base he is trying to steal. The blame is 50% for both of them.

Konerko gets the day off tomorrow, but the rest of the starting lineup will start. Uribe avoids the bench again.
