Its not like the Mets are the only team on the block looking at him. The next best pitcher on the market is Steve Traschel. I cant wait till later in the season, when we see a quote, that even though they noticed some mechanical flaws in Fields swing, they didnt want to change him. Clue to our next minor league hitting instructors. Teach some of our hitting prospects, that major league pitchers can spot low and away. Its not a pitch that comes around 2 times a year. If you are a member of the whitesox, you will be featured it over and over. Right field is not out, you can hit it there as well.
