Timo "Broken Clock" Perez
Finally.

Timo "Broken Clock" Perez
You can't deny that consistency. It's not just a coincidence that he puts up almost the exact same offensive numbers in about 40 games in one batting slot. But, argue on if you must.

Timo "Broken Clock" Perez
Timo batting in 7-hole: 2004 - .321 BA, .361 OBP, .464 SLG, .825 OPS 2003 - .316 BA, .381 OBP, .368 SLG, .749 OPS 2002 - .311 BA, .354 OBP, .467 SLG, .821 OPS 2001 - .310 BA (couldn't find others) I still think he can play everyday.

Ross Gload- Starting first baseman in 2005?
The bottom line here. and /thread

Frank Catalanotto
I didn't like everyone's love affair with him anyway.

Timo "Broken Clock" Perez
Well you always harp on his poor batting average, I just wanted to note that at least he's making some outs count.

Timo "Broken Clock" Perez
Timo leads the Sox by far in productive out percentage.

Ross Gload- Starting first baseman in 2005?
I started a thread this past weekend saying Gload should start at 1B next year and Konerko should be traded for help in other departments. EDIT: Gload starting IF AND ONLY IF we got a top notch pitcher and possibly help at 3B. I don't want him starting just to clear some payroll without using it elsewhere.

Ozzie unloads on Showalter
A hard-ass who doesn't take s*** does not a good manager make.

Another team interested in Maggs
He's also the ugliest man in baseball.

Yes, because in Japan they don't swing at the first pitch.

I can't believe he almost didn't make the team.

And That's a White Sox Winner!!!
I completely agree with you on everything. The biggest plus about Grilli is his attitude. He showed lots of emotion tonight. He got pissed at every mistake he made, which I like to see. He's into the game and cares about his performance. I like it a hell of a lot better than Garland's ho-hum attitude. To the defense of his ERA, he really hasn't faced any pushovers yet. Cleveland, Oakland, Texas, and Anaheim is a tough debut. Especially with three of those on the road. I'm pleased with the 2-1 record.

You're right. NO RESPECT.

Well I wouldn't want YOU out there on a regular basis. What?

Grilli needs to add one more pitch.

Inning over. Nice work Jason.

I might like Grilli more than Garland.

Anyone else really pleased with his progress in each start?

Emerging Everyday South Side Stars
The lineup I spoke of at the beginning of this thread is tearing it up tonight. Add Big Frank, along with a FA pitcher and 3B, and I think it is still very solid.
