Thompson nearly did to Kimbo what Mir did to Lesnar, expose him for having no ground game. Watching the event last night really makes you appreciate the UFC production and miss the PRIDE production. It seems like EliteXC is trying to pull off the PRIDE style in a way and it just comes off as cheap. Watching last night really makes me miss getting to see Fedor and other awesome well rounded heavyweights. I'm sure the WEC show will blow this one away.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ May 24, 2008 -> 10:45 AM) I'm now watching RoboCop for the first time since I was a kid, and I must say that this movie is funnier than Caddyshack. My name is....Murpy!

Anybody see Thome give Swish the jumping bump after he came back in the dugout after his bomb? Priceless

QUOTE (Kenny Hates Prospects @ May 20, 2008 -> 03:22 PM) I'm excited for the fight, but Urijah is going to demolish Pulver. He'll work him over quicker than he did Curran. In fact, I think Urijah will finish Jens faster than BJ did. BJ got him 3:12 into the 2nd round, and I don't think Pulver will even get to the 2nd. Urijah is f***ing good. Curran took him to the 2nd round and actually looked pretty decent vs. Faber. I'd hardly consider that working him over.

QUOTE (MHizzle85 @ May 19, 2008 -> 04:18 PM) I'd be lying if I said that the card for UFC 85 excited me, i'll still more than likely watch. But Saturday's card should be excellent. Predictions anyone? I'll take Penn over Sherk, Machida over Ortiz and look for Wand to put it back together vs Jardine.

McDonough must be doing some side work for the Sox.

Late Night Shake-Up
Fallon is probably one of the least funny people on SNL in the past decade. I'd rather have friggin Darryl Hammond up there than him.

Sox LOSER
On the bright side, I have Marcum on a fantasy team....maybe some of our hitters do too.

QUOTE (knightni @ May 2, 2008 -> 08:30 PM) I thought that Iron Man was very good, but there was a lot of blatant product placement and the . That didn't really bother me.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ May 2, 2008 -> 06:24 PM) Fathom, if I didn't like you, I'd question your manhood right now. But, I'll add that Cloverfield was probably a movie you'd have to see at a theater to fully enjoy it. Agreed. After seeing it in the theater I just don't think it could be quite as good on a regular tv. It is just a much different experience.
