I'd be shocked if any relievers were pitching without soreness. That's just something a starter says when he has never relieved before. As he felt soreness he was lighting up the gun at 101, lol

Every pro basketball player I've heard comment on it says there's no problem that he was on the floor there. In the playoffs you stick the dagger in and keep sticking it in. Not to mention his circumstances and needing to find a groove. I spoke with the trainer of the Grizzlies and he said that movement should not have tore his ACL if he was on a proper S&C program.
