Nope. Under Ozzie Sox had.600 win % percentage against the NL.
Sox are also down at the lower half of losing leads after the 7th.
Season starts in April, little things add up.
No, I meant Thornton.
QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Sep 27, 2012 -> 09:57 PM)
Well there just is no way you can not even make an attempt on that ball.
That is basically the worst bunt attempt ever.
No, I think the triple play takes that one.
QUOTE (Soxfest @ Sep 26, 2012 -> 09:21 PM)
Downfall of 2012 it has happened way too often.
It seems like it, but has anybody seen actual numbers and how we compare to the rest of the league?

@scottmerkin
Rotation has been switched: Santiago, Peavy, Floyd, Sale, TBD. Sale is now aligned to pitch in Game No. 163
Boom.
What was changed? Sale was already on schedule to pitch game 163/game 1 ALDS.
QUOTE (Jake @ Sep 25, 2012 -> 03:52 PM)
A defensive TD (for 2 points) on that extra point attempt would have won the game for GB
Regardless, all the public b****ing they've been doing is classless, even if you will grant them the benefit of the doubt for LEAVING THE FIELD and coming back
What are you talking about?
Is this just for football? Because losing Bautista, Teixeira, Strasburg, & McCarthy in the last few weeks killed my team in the playoffs. I had a .650 winning percentage in the regular season.
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 08:07 PM)
Sox lose?
Really? C'mon! It's not like they put up a crooked number, and we beat Chen last time out and he's been pretty bad his last 4 starts.
4-0 Tigers.
I believe they lost the past 2 games by the 4th inning as well.
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 11:34 AM)
That drove me nuts too. His f***ing superlatives are always so over the top. Everybody is the best ever. "I've never seen anybody play like well. Other than Yaz". Maybe Hawk just doesn't watch the NL and know about a young catcher in the Bay area who may win the NL MVP.
Or maybe that's a different league.
