Woj had some tweets about how Kidd's powerplay is really viewed poorly by other coaches. Unspoken rule is you don't angle for jobs currently held by other coaches. Rick Carlisle is head of coaches union and said it's likely Kidd will fee his cool reception.

So at midway point, how are people feeling about Hawkins? His K rate staying at 25%, but his BBs are at 11%. Is this year better or worse than expected? Is it good enough to promote or should he stay there?

EDIT: sorry wrong thread. K, real thoughts. If we trade Alexei I really do want to see a haul. To be completely honest, I don't think we have the next shortstop in our organization, and to just force a prospect there because, well, they are there, seems shortsighted. Have any of johnson, semein, davidson FORCED their way to the team? I'd rather hang onto Alexei and see if Tim Anderson can hack it defensively. There are worse things than having a veteran shortstop, like having players who aren't real shortstops play there because you'd prefer a top ten draft pick to a top 15.

Rose has never undermined his teammates publicly, that is why he has refused to recruit. Recruiting is basically advocating to replace your teammates.

I received a sports center app push notification that melo was going to meet with bulls Tuesday, but obviously their app is terrible and didn't show that in my home notifications or anywhere on internet.
