I would like to see the sox try on Trey Dombrowski and see if they can get a velo jump during his progression. Seems like Jake Madden feels more sox. Otherwise, I guess Cameron Smith.

Wow actually surprised. Has he backed off hating any pitcher that isn’t 6’4-6’6 with a beautiful compact delivery?

Before anyone looks I will just assume Keith Law hates the Pallette pick (and that’s ok)

With so little season they can do this year anyway he basically should be ready for next year for some moderate build up. Not the worst schedule.

Not a huge smaller RHP guy but after the first round I don’t care as much

It’s worse cause he’s their guy like every year. He just has nothing to do and has no friends, the perfect yankee rep.

Yeah with him just feels like signability. With Whisenhunt just thinking he looks like shit in cape cod or something

So at this point I want Whisenhunt a lot, but also am doubting it since he is still there.

Missed that brewers grabbed Eric brown given his swing comps to Craig Counsell (brewers manager). Would be fun if he makes it.

A Cleveland draft pick that’s a strike thrower? Shit.

Yeah these last ten picks I feel like will just be a bunch of gut punches hoping some of these college pitchers we thought about at 26 can make it to 62

White Sox select Noah Schultz #26
Instant analysis from baseball america “Instant Analysis: I'm a big fan of this pick here for the White Sox. They're getting a pitcher who improved his already impressive stuff from a year ago and has mostly been slowed this spring by mononucleosis, not an arm injury. Schultz is 6-foot-9, attacks hitters with a plus fastball from a difficult angle and a nasty slider. Even though he's a long-limbed teenage pitcher, he has the body control that bodes well for his ability to throw strikes. I think there's frontline starter upside, something the White Sox have to be excited to get at the back of the first round in a draft with a lot of question marks on pitching.”

Yeah just really wanted a very solid guy like him in the system. But hey still plenty of college pitchers left I didn’t expect to be there. Now I’m secretly hoping Doughty.
