  1. Also my fav of the OP is that the sun times actually has a Chicago fire beat writer and in general has way more sports coverage across HS and other sports than trib.
  2. Watched game last night, pretty amazing accomplishment. Now let’s bring home the ship!
  3. This was a good day. I think fields in that offense on sunday, the run heavy, play action fueled offense that lets him get big deep shots is the best thing for his first year until he can master more of the coverages. It is an awful lot like russ' first year. And the other thing out of this was Nagy basically waxing poetically about how tuned in he was by not calling plays. So it sounds like we have both Lazer at OC and Fields at QB. We lose monty, but we are hopefully a few weeks from having borom and jenkins really start putting competition there. I don't think Lazer is amazing or anything, but at bare minimum he knew fields likes being under center...and let him be under center.
  4. I believe both will be good, but have been worried about some of Lynn's away starts. I do think Lynn is maybe our best bet of a game not getting out of hand/screwing bullpen game one.
  5. I could also see your edit. There are playoffs, thread long pissing contests are for february.
  6. posts hidden, probably missed some. take the hint and move on.
  7. thoughts? With Giolito's struggle with early starts i'd figured 3pm was better, but maybe they think Giolito game 2 has better chance of getting them a split ?
  8. every offeason Sept/Oct: Oh man look at this lineup with Semien! December: If we can pull this off with Escobar, that is a sick infield February: Jed Lowrie would look great in a white sox uniform
  9. I wish that poster that loved radio frequencies would come back
  10. Yeah just ignore it, it also had a start time of 2:30 on all games
  11. if there is going to be an Arozerena this year, my money's on Sheets.
  12. Lynn will just spit on his knee and pitch. He won't feel pain in the post-season.
  13. Overall, I am a pessimist on this series, and mostly find myself just hoping they get at least one win to get two playoff home games. Optimist on: - Robert, Anderson, Moncada, Grandal (offensively - Starting Rotation Pessimist on: - Defense, but we do have good def subs in engel, hamilton - Holding runners - Bullpen - Houston offense - you couldn't build a better playoff offense. They make a lot of contact, they don't strike out. Totally negates our bullpen velocity, especially with their propensity to get wild. Bummer could be a GOAT or a goat in this series.
  14. Yeah. so to be clear: Emailed from white sox Bought from white sox Emailed confirmation from parkwhiz (didn’t work) contacted park whiz and was able to get into account and the pass was loaded
  15. So anyway I had to contact support and it’s figured out.
  16. It was through the site, but I think it’s being handled by this other company? I have bought passes before and have never seen parking whizz (or I don’t remember)
  17. This is for the guy who complains about how much Grandal sucks
  18. I got an email today saying all playoff games require prepaid passes (honestly smart considering their issues this year), but my question is I bought it then got an email from Parkwhiz saying they created my account and then to set a password. but then it says I need to set an account for my password. Did this work for anyone?
  19. I have a wedding Friday so I can still listen to radio at least. Sunday will be insane thou
