Beyond that, we'll have the new blood of Thompson/Drew, Beard, Gladney, the PR kids, though likely all in short season ball. And perhaps we have that Cuban signee in J2. Probably a bottom 3rd system at that point, however, the majors will be fun again.

Obviously Robert is a human and should be able to eat whatever he wants, but this is more about how there have been articles players struggles to get either familiar or good food while playing in rural carolinas or alabama. Like, you have so much riding on these guys, why not ask your affiliates if you could fund a caterer for the clubhouse for home games?

But, like, were people advocating to get Harper and trade Anderson? I think everyone wanted to supplement this roster with a big bat, and a .350 obp in a down year was why harpers floor was so attractive. The reason signing FAs was nice was because we weren't losing anything but money!

Don't play games with it, sox probably negotiated with this before pick was made, they'll pay what was agreed to. Vaughn had leverage pre-draft. Sox aren't going to dick around.

this is just so stupid. Portland/Denver had a 4 OT game in a 7 game series. Philly/Toronto had the entire series won on a last second shot that hit the rim 4 times. SAS/Denver game 7 went down to the last minute. The 6 game eastern finals had 2/3 of its games with 10 points and was a big upset. Last years Rockets/Warriors. It's just idiotic, but you'll be able to maintain your argument for eternity by selective application of your terrible basketball memory.

No I’m of the opinion that watching three out of five non major league pitchers sucks and cashner would not compromise anything to acquire.
