I think Bumgarner could have a late career resurgence. Though, Farhan Zaidi is there so I'd expect better info to get to Bumgarner, and maybe he's just stubborn. But I hate the sinker/cutter mix he has moved to, and maybe there is a lack of control to it, but he just pounds the middle of the zone with them. Everything is down, and it diminishes his curveball. He still has great spin, it just seems like he overreacted to the loss of velo on his fastball.

They are never particularly good, but last year was a special kind of bad where they graduated nearly all of their 2016 class and had basically no 2017 class. The 2018 class had some more volume to it so this may be more interesting. Whether it ends up in wins, who knows.

it's kind of his thing, that and petrified fear of a player acquired being athletic as that may mean KW chose him. OTOH, lists are fun.

Texas I think a guy like Joe Palumbo is a good target for pitching depth, and hopefully could be pared with some of their bigger athletes, and maybe going after olseilves basabe.

The supply uncertainty and clear division leaders with the exception of nl central is what makes me believe few will jump gun. I think any playoff team is likely to view colome as a set-up guy (most playoff teams have very good bullpens) Boston and Milwaukee could be good fits as always. I don't think brice turang would be on the board but I'd be interested. For Boston, going after Tanner Houck and a guy like Gilberto Jimenez is acceptable return to me.

Well it’s not quite a 1:1 trade off. We would lose that slot amountz Thompson likely got a bit below slot, and that allowed going after our 3rd and 4th round picks. Without that additional million our draft is completely different. I also doubt that Kimberly would have made us a top 30 prospect.
