Knicks vs Bulls
QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 10:55 PM) Ok just shut up now. Dont start making up wild scenarios to defend your opinion that men should rush to the aid of their wives everytime there is a disturbance. You arent even married, you have no idea. The situation was harrassment, she wasnt being sexually abused. I just saw the replay of it, and it just looked like something bad was going to happen as everyone seemed to be standing up and yelling at each other. If I'm AD I do the exact same thing, instinctfully.

The last 15 seconds or so of the Nuggets-Cavs game was nuts. Bron chokes in the end and Denver wins.

QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 10:31 PM) Antonio Davis is done for 10 games, minimum. I don't care why, YOU DON'T GO INTO THE STANDS, PERIOD! To protect your f***in wife you can go into the stands.

QUOTE(rventura23 @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 09:56 PM) I thought gooch did a great job in the two hole. He was good behind scotty and a very productive hitter. Im not sure that Uribe is going to be a better 2 hitter. Gooch did a great job, moving him down is to make him a run producer and let him swing away more. It has nothing to do with him getting demoted from that spot or anything like that.

QUOTE(ChWRoCk2 @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 09:33 PM) Um no, Pitt has to be the most inconsistent team, everyone ranks them high but they are usually one and done in the final four, i fail to see the good in them Considering pitt was the lower seed when they lost their first round game last year I woudn't consider them very highly rated. In 03 and 04 they made it to the sweet 16, so good try. That being said I fail to see what the past has to do with this years pitt team. Krauser and Gray are about as good as an inside-outside combo as there is in the nation and I believe they've recieved very little attention this year.

QUOTE(DukeNukeEm @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 03:17 PM) What? I thought that the Big 10 Championship wasnt decided in mid January. Where have I been? Well, Congrats Wisconsin, it was an exciting 2 weeks of coneference play, but it looks like you really pulled it out. He said they'd be in great shape to win it which is completely true. Doesn't mean they will but they're sure in pretty solid shape if they can pull this one out.

Some Roster Numbers
QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 10:13 AM) He wouldn't have to worry. I doubt the Sox will give anyone #35 before they finally retire it. Ya, that number is a goner.

heart attack after fumble
QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Jan 18, 2006 -> 01:20 AM) I don't need to be blitzed to enjoy a game, especially one like a national championship or mlb playoff game. People who get blitzed and go to games, IMO, have no respect for the game and are bad sports fans. IMO, it tells me that you need to be drunk to enjoy a game. Many college students do this, i think it's pretty pathetic. I'll second this entire post.

I personally think OSU is the 5th best team in the big 10.

QUOTE(aboz56 @ Jan 17, 2006 -> 09:48 PM) Not surprising, Taquan Dean is not playing and well, quite frankly, I truly believe that U of L may not even make the tourney. Reason being, I think they go .500 or less in the Big East and their non-conference schedule was so horrid that they really have no signature win. Getting blown out by Kentucky didn't help either. Clearly the most overrated team in the land. If St. Johns holds onto this then Louisville falls to 1-3 in conf and is definitely in some trouble. They still have road games at UCONN, Cuse, Nova, Cinci, WVU, and Rutgers, yikes.

QUOTE(DukeNukeEm @ Jan 17, 2006 -> 06:46 PM) Is there much of a doubt who has the better team? Indiana obviously might be the better team but I'm happy you came to that conclusion after one half at IU.
