Well take this with a grain of salt since it's the Ny Daily News, actually that probably means it won't happen: While the Sox chose to sit Ramirez vs. the Twins last night at Fenway for unspecified reasons, Tampa Bay was nearing a deal that would ship Aubrey Huff - one of Boston's primary acquisitions in the Ramirez blockbuster - to the White Sox.

This deal is officially dead. It was agreed upon and was signed off by the gm's but Boston's ownership group myseriously wouldn't sign off on the deal.

The offense was awesome today. At the risk of sounding like Hawk, Pauly is so much more dangerous right now then he's been in a while. Crede looks good, Juan with a great game. Tadahito just keeps doing everything right, Aj is just crushing everything in sight and Spiderman has just been great as well. Very nice win
