Some sports writer from L.A. says that the Huddy to dodgers deal isn't that close and that some baseball officials were laughing at how close the media was making it out to be. I'll find out his name eventually, I have to listen more closely .

By the way that was Bob Nightingale(sp?) from sportsweekly. Everytime someone brought up rj he said he doesn't think he'll end up a yankee and that the sox are going to go back after him. He said it might take a contract extension from the White Sox to convince him to go there. Interesting to hear.

Compare Jacksons stats to Bmac's last year. I think it's safe to say that Edwin has a better arm but I think bmac has been more consistant so far in his minor league career.
