  1. He's had his velocity up this year at times but for most of the year it has been down. However I don't think it's his velocity which is making him that much worse this year, his location has been so awful and that's his main problem, imo, if he had the same control as last year he'd be fine.
  2. What he said ^^^
  3. I'll be there tonight, can't wait to greet the team back after a solid road trip.
  4. The twins won't go away, they just know how to win.
  5. Well atleast one person understands.
  6. The flubs are like 100-0 in those this year.
  7. That's impressive. Two shutouts against the Indians. Does everyone understand now why Garcia and Everett are on this team.
  8. I'm supposed to work but if it rains I might be able to get out of it, so PLEASE keep raining, I want to watch this game.
  9. Jas, that's exactly what it is, it just allowed me to vote once I logged in. Brian Anderson seems to be winning.
  10. Well I was just going to register, so I'll tell you if it lets me vote then.
  11. Yeah, Jas you might want to fix the poll so we can actually vote.
  12. Kenny has something else up his sleeve. He always flies under the radar and I don't think he'll make another blockbuster trade but add pitching depth. To me it speaks how good KW really is because he's already made 2 trades and most of us expect him to make atleast one more and some contenders might not even make one deal.
  13. When the flubs rotation is 100 percent healthy they have the 2nd best 1-5 in the league, imo behind the marlins. I'm just saying though if your going zambrano, clement, and maddux vs. Buehrle, Garica, and Benson, I'd take the ladder.
  14. I'm going to be there Friday and Monday for sure, and probably one of the games Tues or Weds.
  15. That's not a fair comparison at all to compare al pitchers with nl pitchers. Actually by the numbers you gave I think you've proved that the sox trio would be better then the cubs trio. However if you add a healthy prior some where into that flubs trio then the flubs is better.
  16. If your talking about right now I have no idea how you could put unc number 2, it's more like number 3434353036830.
  17. This could be wrong but off the top of my head against those teams the Sox records are: Anaheim 3-3 Haven't played Boston Twins 7-3 Yanks 3-4 Oakland 1-5 Colliseum :fyou Texas 3-2
  18. Agreed.
  19. Yeah, he looked pretty bad up here earlier in the season. It would be awesome to have last years Kelly Wunsch back but at this point I think that's unrealistic.
  20. His problem isn't that the league has caught up with his cutter, his problem has been that his location has been god awful.
  21. Very well said. I agree with everything you said and it's definitely bulls*** that strikeout pitchers are better then groundball pitchers, like yoda said, outs are outs.
  22. Good point. I'm not saying picking the royals was smart because it obviously wasn't but they seemed to be the sexy pick in this division, most "experts" were picking the royals, for what reason, I have no idea.
  23. Maybe he can make Mike Jackson disappear.
