  1. Um Adam caught that off the end of the bat, good god
  2. QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Jul 28, 2012 -> 08:15 PM) Escobar triples 3-0 ! No he doesnt but it is a douple and 3-0!
  3. QUOTE (Cerbaho-WG @ Jul 28, 2012 -> 10:44 AM) No. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Front-Row-Amy/244541718920363 Not that attractive.
  4. Ya that was extremely entertaining volleyball.
  5. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jul 28, 2012 -> 02:04 PM) So Destinee Hooker, classy name. I came in this thread to say just that. Awesome.
  6. QUOTE (Alpha Dog @ Jul 28, 2012 -> 11:43 AM) Yeah, people been saying that for years, but it seems to keep producing players that produce in the bigs, Like this year. If it blew so much last year, we got a starter and most of our bullpen out of it. And really, the 3 guys that went for Greinke? Come on. Prospects are just proscpects, until they actualy produce in the bigs. Read my post below yours.
  7. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 28, 2012 -> 11:43 AM) It blows a lot worse than before because most of our minor leaguers are now major leaguers. Right. Point is that nothing in our system can be the major piece to acquire a top talent.
  8. QUOTE (Alpha Dog @ Jul 28, 2012 -> 11:32 AM) Greinke went for 3 minor leagers, why does everyone on this damn site think it will take half our starting lineup to get ANYONE from another team? Because our minor league system blows.
  9. QUOTE (Marty34 @ Jul 27, 2012 -> 10:57 PM) I understand the infatuation with Nate Jones due to his 99 mph fastball, but he does not get batters out. Hasn't in a couple months. You give up on people quicker than anyone in the history of life. One more below average start from Chris and I'm sure he'll be on your chopping block as well.
  10. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jul 27, 2012 -> 10:44 PM) I hope its a dead arm. There were times on certain pitches where he seemed to be in some pain and kind of held his arm right next to his body. It actually reminded me of when I had a sublexation in my neck and the nerve was pinched shooting pain down my entire shoulder. I held my elbow right into my ribs.Not every pitch, but most where he was throwing harder. I didn't see that at all and I'm sure if he was in any pain whatsoever he would have been pulled right away.
  11. QUOTE (Cali @ Jul 27, 2012 -> 11:39 PM) What a weird division and season. The Tigers DOMINATE and sweep our Sox. The next 4 games? Det: 1-3 Sox: 4-0 That's what we call baseball.
  12. QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 27, 2012 -> 10:17 PM) Yay, we don't hate Myers yet! Oh I hate him but I'm happy he's doing his job well so far.
  13. Hooray for missles at people!
  14. Productive Nate. Hawk is rather chippy against our own guys tonight.
  15. QUOTE (SouthsideDon48 @ Jul 27, 2012 -> 09:43 PM) Man, I was just watching that. After the ball left the bat and I saw Alexei and De Aza running, I muttered "collision" before it happened, and then I'll be darned, a collision happened. I really hope De Aza will be okay. This collision reminded me of when Magglio and (I think) Valentin or Willy Harris collided. Prolly 2003 or 2004 or so. Willie. And ouch.
  16. Ever seen the manager hand the ball off to a reliever where the shortstop normally is?
  17. QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 27, 2012 -> 09:40 PM) Lost in that play was a fantastic effort by Viciedo Beat me to it. And bye bye Chris, ballsy effort.
  18. Great play by Dayan btw. Hopefully they're just bruised.
  19. STOP HITTING HIM IN THE f***IN HANDS
