In other coach searching news the SIU search could not be going in more of an opposite direction than the U of I hunt. Mario Moccia(our ad) has done a great job in keeping the whole thing under wraps, I'm kind of concerned that Robin Ventura might be our new coach...

Nothing against the U of I job cause it is a great job but it only makes sense for him to leave Butler for his absolute dream job.

Santiago isn't going to be the closer. There's still absolutely 0 reason why it shouldn't be Reed but I don't think it will be to start the season.

Baylor-Kentucky should be fun. I fully expect the Cats to win but Baylor is one of the few teams in the country that can actually match their talent level, should be a fun one.

Gottfried has had an amazing year but I absolutely hated everything he did there in the last 30 seconds or so.

There is at least a chance that Stevens would switch up his style if he had the personell to run an uptempo game. There's going to be a risk with any mid major coach you go with but you could also be missing out on a great coach if that scares you a way. It really is a tough call.

It's bad when outside of Punk-Jericho the thinh you're most excited to see is a Cena promo...and nada last night. Agreed with Brian as well, because of the 3 big matches there is a Mania feel but there are also too many piss break matches and the buildup for some of these feuds has just been weird.
