Johan to the Dodgers
QUOTE(Jeckle2000 @ Sep 30, 2007 -> 08:53 AM) The Twins will be that much better just by getting rid of that dead weight joke Tori "Mr. Overrated who doesn't want to win" Hunter. He's such a loser and whatever team signs him will be disappointed. IMO if the Sox we're to sign him i'd have to boycott because they would be ensuring to be fighting the royals for the cellar for at least the length of his contract. Him and Johan ought to go to the same place since their both overrated and will never get a ring. Hunter because he doesn't want it enough (See Choking it in the playoffs every year on purpose because he's a loser) and Johan will never be on a good enough team. HUNTER IS A b**** AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUIN THIS TEAM! I'D RATHER HAVE OWENS, BA, and Sweeney then one second of Hunter the loser b****! Well thought out, intelligent post as usual from you.

Draft position...
QUOTE(jasonxctf @ Sep 30, 2007 -> 09:49 AM) i think he's trying to make the comparison of Tyson Chandler and Eddy Curry. They've both went on to have awful careers.

South Florida at 6, BC 7 and Kentucky 8 in the new ap rankings. Mizzou at 17, good call Maggs. Very odd to see those names in the top 10 though.

I'm very happy but I don't have a clue as to why the Dolphins-Raiders game is on tv. EDIT: Rain delay, how ghey.

There will be another open scholarship Kyyle. CC's knee is completely f'd. Sad story but I think he'll try to play this season(maybe) and call it a career next year.

Kenny's Interesting Quote
I've said it before but I'm perfectly fine going into next season with Jenks, Mac, Thornton, Logan and Wasserman all in the pen. I don't like the other crap he said though, Kenny needs to get back to taking some huge risks this offseason if he really wants to contend next season. A perfect move imo would still to bring in Bonds and trade Thome to bring in some young talent. Very gutsy every way you look at it but I think it makes a lot of sense. It wont happen but I wish it would.

QUOTE(Heads22 @ Sep 30, 2007 -> 02:28 AM) Well, South Florida does have a legit shot and going undefeated.... They do but I think they'll slip up somewhere. Whether it's Cinci, Louisville or Rutgers I don't know but I do think they'll fall along the way. I still think LSU is the best team in the nation but I don't think they can run the table. I also think USC will fall at Oregon or Cal(I believe both those games are on the road at least). Cal isn't good enough to run their pac 10 schedule either imo. BC honestly might have the best chance to go undefeated because of their conference but eh, I don't see that either. Like I said, I really wont be surprised if there are 2, one loss teams in the National Title game. EDIT: Whoops, left out the b10 undefeateds. Well, I don't see either of them running the table either(talking about OSU and Wiscy, not even mentioning Purdue).

QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Sep 30, 2007 -> 01:39 AM) Am I reading too much into this quote? Did anybody else read what Williams said there and think of one guy? (His name need not be mentioned -- most everyone should know who I'm talking about.) You really think we can afford Greg Norton?

Draft position...
QUOTE(southsideirish71 @ Sep 30, 2007 -> 02:20 AM) Draft position means nothing. KW will select Jordan Danks. The minute this team left the top 3 picks, he has the freedom to go after another one of his guys. He drafted him before, and he will waste( I mean use a draft pick) a pick on him. We will get a top 60 player in the 10th spot. Whoopie Unfortunately, I think this is becoming a likely scenario.

QUOTE(Heads22 @ Sep 30, 2007 -> 01:41 AM) I wasn't talking bball. I wasn't either . Who knows but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there are 0 undefeated teams in the national championship this season. A lot of things have to happen but as seen today, this year is wide open.

QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Sep 29, 2007 -> 10:31 PM) McGee had that great run and all, but his passes werent any better than what Juice was throwing lol. I still think Juice will be the guy next week, I think atleast this year he is going to get every opportunity possible to be the starting QB of this team. McGee has at least proven the first game of the year that he can throw the ball down field. Juice is just an absolutely brutal passer at the moment.
